About: My name is Tishara, and I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have volunteered with multiple humane societies for over a year, where I worked with a wide variety of pets and learned a great deal about animal behavior, care, and compassion. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel abroad for work, and whenever I’m back home, I truly enjoy working with Rover and reconnecting with pets in my community. While I was away, my dog Teddi who had been by my side for 11 years passed away in October 2025. Losing him was incredibly hard, that was really my baby🥺but being part of Rover has brought me comfort by allowing me to continue giving love, care, and attention to other animals. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with the same patience, respect, and affection I would want for them. I am an animal lover and genuinely enjoy spending time building trust with each companion. I look forward to continuing to grow my experience with you while providing dependable, loving care for both companions and their owners. I work a part-time schedule Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which allows me to be flexible and intentional with pet care. On workdays, I build pet care into my mornings and evenings by providing meals, refreshing water, and spending quality time through walks or play before and after work. Once I’m home, I dedicate time to longer walks or more active engagement to ensure pets receive the exercise and attention they need. On my days off and weekends, I have even more availability for extended care, including longer outings, park visits, grooming, socialization, and vet appointments if needed. I stay consistent with feeding, cleaning, and routine schedules, and I always make sure pets feel loved, comfortable, and well cared for, even during busy weeks. When caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment. I follow a consistent routine that includes regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and any special care based on the pet’s needs, such as medication or grooming. I also make sure the space is secure and enriched with toys, comfort items, and plenty of interaction to keep pets happy and stress-free.

I grew up in a home with pets, started dog sitting in college simply because I loved it, and have now spent the last six years caring for pets outside of my own family. In my home: I maintain a structured, low-stress space with regular feeding times, walks, enrichment, and quiet rest periods. I follow whatever rules you have at home (crate use, furniture preferences, treat limits, etc.) so your pet’s routine stays familiar. I supervise closely, keep doors and food items secured, and make sure they always have clean water, a comfortable resting spot, and plenty of attention. In your home: I treat your space with the same respect and care I give my own. I follow your instructions exactly—feeding schedule, potty breaks, walk routines, medications, preferred toys, and boundaries. I keep things tidy, safe, and consistent so your pet doesn’t feel like everything changed just because you’re away. My goal is to maintain their normal routine and comfort level, not disrupt it. Communication & trust: I provide regular updates with photos and notes on how they’re eating, bathroom habits, energy level, and overall mood. If I notice anything unusual, I let you know right away. I understand what it means to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I don’t take that lightly. Your pet’s comfort, routine, and safety come first—whether they’re curling up on my couch or napping in their favorite spot in yours.

About: I’ve had at least 1 pet my entire life, so I’m no stranger to caring for pets in my home. Beginning in middle school and until now, I’ve been entrusted by family, friends, and coworkers to take care of their pets while they’re away. I have experience with house visits, walking or dog park trips, and overnight care. While I don’t have direct experience with pets who require medical attention, I’d be happy to learn with you. I do have experience with senior pet care. Overall, I guarantee I’ll take care of your pet like my own! I recently graduated from PA school and am job searching currently, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m available for daytime care or overnight care daily. When looking after your pet, I will always take care of them like my own. I’m happy to play with them in the yard, take them on walks or to the park, lounge with them on the couch on a rainy day, or crate them if needed. I can stick to strict meal or medication times and will ensure they have potty breaks with appropriate clean up.

With that in mind, I strive to provide the BEST care for your dog the first time in order to lighten your load; giving you the peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in excellent hands. 🐶 I no longer work remotely, so I’m not available for drop ins, walks, or daycare M - Th prior to 5PM. I am willing to board throughout the week, but please note your pup will be home alone for about 11 hours. If you know your dog does not do well with other dogs, please do not request a boarding or daycare. I am open to doing daycare in your home for the pups that prefer to be alone. request house sitting & I will adjust the rate! - my home is best suited for the chill guys and gals. lots of soothing music, lounging, & cuddles 💓. Honey Bun is very reserved inside & gets stressed around high energy dogs. To keep all involved happy & safe, please do not book daycare or boarding if your dog is an energizer bunny. I will be glad to drop in, walk, or do daycare in your home though! 😃 - I have a secured, fenced in yard. I am not willing to take any dog to the dog park. Both the front and back doors have additional doors down the stairs, so the chance of an escape is very close to zero! - I crate all dogs when I’m leaving the home, including Honey B even though she typically is not crated. in special situations, I’m okay leaving your dog to roam a designated area, but that is rare and will be discussed prior to the booking. - I do not have any guests while your dog is in my care. Drop Ins/Walks/House Sitting: - I ask that no other humans are in your home when I come over for drop ins, walks, or housesitting unless previously discussed. - Please book a drop in if care outside of walking is needed. - Please assure all animals that need care are listed individually on your profile. I love surprises, but not when it comes to this! - When coming into your home, I will always leave it just as I found it. I will only enter authorized areas as necessary to care for your pet(s). Please assure that all supplies are provided. 🐾 - We will discuss specific schedules for each housit. Some people prefer longer day time care with no overnight, or moderate daytime care + nights. We will workout the perfect schedule for you, your pup, and me 😊. I am NOT available for constant care (24 hours) as I will need to check in with my own dog & maintain my personal life with errands + self care.
