About: I have the ability to go on plenty of walks. I have experience in dog sitting/walking my own dog numerous times while my parents were away. When my parents went on a trip to Italy, I spent a whole two weeks with my dog, Tucker. I took him to the park, many walks and played fetch with him everyday. I was diligent in making sure he had a good balance of playful activities and rest while supplying him with food and water. I am currently doing a part time job so I have all the availability that you need on weekends to help with your dog walking needs. I always keep my pets on a leash no matter what, and I am always cautious with other dogs and will walk the other way if I see other dogs approaching.

About: Growing up my family always had dogs and pets. Since moving to Somers I haven’t taken on any pets of my own, but I occasionally dog sit for my friends and family! Your dogs will feel so loved around me they won’t want to leave! I work remotely during the day so I’ll have plenty of time to hangout with your pets! I also bartend a few nights out of the week, but during that time my better half will be home so your pets will never be alone! I currently have a spacious, 1 br apartment. I live close to petrifying springs park so me and your doggo will have access to multiple walking trails!

About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. I also really love snuggling up and just having quiet, calm time with pets. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines/special requests pet parents have. I know how important it is to keep things consistent for pets! There’s never any judgement from me!

About: Hi! My name is Nikita. I'm currently looking to gain more experience with dogs and other animals. I'm trying to gain experience in order to look into becoming a dog trainer. About: I am a true animal lover at heart! My family always owned dogs growing up, I adopted my own, Bear, in 2017 and my cat Luna (aka Tuna) in 2021. After recently losing Bear unexpectedly, I’m hoping to help heal my heart and get some puppy love by offering walks and drop-in visits to your babies! Prior to adopting Luna, I offered in-home boarding for many years through Rover. Unfortunately she’s not a fan of having other dogs around, otherwise we’d still be offering that service. I also worked at a doggy daycare during college because I loved dogs so much, and I wanted to spend time with them even though I couldn't get one at the time. This obviously provided me with lots of experience in handling multiple dogs! I promise to love your furbaby like my own and provide lots of pictures and updates :) I work remotely on Monday/Thursday/Friday so I’m available for drop-ins or walks during the workday!
