About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.

With owner permission, Bob can join walks to provide socialization and companionship which is especially helpful for dogs with anxiety or who enjoy gentle interaction. Safety, cleanliness, and individualized care are always my top priorities. My daily routine balances client care with my own dog's needs. I schedule every morning, midday, and evening walks, ensuring every dog receives attention, exercise, and socialization while my small, friendly pup joins safely when appropriate. I provide attentive, loving care for pets in my home including feeding, walks, playtime, and safe socialization. My small, friendly dog can join walks for companionship and comfort with owner's permission.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life and have had the honor of caring for others pets as well! I have cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, horses, and birds! I am currently in school and find myself with a lot of free time! I enjoy going for walks and playing with my cat that lives with me! I live in a gated community with a fenced in dog yard! About: I have been around animals in my family my whole life and have always enjoyed taking care of them and keeping them entertained. I have been working at Central Bark Doggy Daycare for 5 months and have experience with lots of breeds! I currently am in school and a sport, my availability for pet care on a weekday will have thee windows from (11:48pm-1:05pm), from (2:16pm-3:20pm) and from (5:45pm-11pm) unless I work at my other job in the evening I will only be available for the first window of time. I live with my parents and pets of my own so my house is not available for pet care. But when I am in a clients home I always leave it just as neat as I left it. I would prefer if I knew where all cleaning supplies are in order to clean up any pet messes!

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was little. From puppies to seniors, I’m experienced in all stages of life. Seeing dogs happy brings me so much joy. I love being playful with pups but also gentle and caring. I am studying my work but I do have plenty of free time to take care of animals. My schedule is fairly flexible whether it’s early mornings, mid day or evenings. Pups need playtime! I’m always willing to play- having their favorite toy, a fenced backyard or a leash is all I need. I love giving dogs scratches and belly rubs. If needed, I could crate them up/put is designated area.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was little, with dogs of my own. In high school, I was a "trained puppy socializer," which basically means I got paid to take care of puppies, train and socialize them to new things. Working with puppies for a couple years, I definitely have experience with hyper dogs on walks! As well, I spent some time as a dog-watcher at Tailwaggers, a dog-boarding company. I've also pet sat around the holidays for many years, deciding now I want to year round! I have three dogs back at home, I miss doggies in my life, so I would be super excited to get to hang with yours! I’m a second-year dental student at Marquette University School of Dentistry, and I live literally right across the street from the building—about a 20 second walk door-to-door. Because of that, I’m able to come home frequently throughout the day to check in, take walks, play, and give your dog plenty of attention and care. There’s also a great park nearby that’s perfect for dogs who love to run and get their energy out. I’ve always loved being around dogs—they’ve been a constant source of comfort and joy in my life—and getting back into Rover is honestly just as much about having dogs in my life again as it is about helping others and paying for school.
