Hello! 🐶🐱 I have experience caring for all types of animals from a very young age. Over the years, I have cared for roosters, chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, kittens, and goats 🐔🦆🐰🐕🐈🐐. I truly enjoy spending time with animals playing with them, taking them on walks, and providing loving care such as bathing and daily attention. I began working professionally as a pet caregiver at the age of 20, offering my services to neighbors, friends, and family 🤍. I strongly believe that animals are incredibly intelligent, sensitive, and full of love. This work has given me many beautiful and meaningful experiences, all thanks to the wonderful pets that have come into my life 🐾✨

This was the worst experience I have had using Rover. Drop-off initially went as planned and on time, but upon arrival there were three other dogs in the home. This was not clearly communicated beforehand. Only one additional dog had been briefly mentioned, and it was framed as a special circumstance. While my dog is generally fine with other dogs, having multiple dogs present without clear prior disclosure was unexpected. Communication was also challenging. Monsserath speaks limited English, and a family member had to assist with interpreting during drop-off. While I respect and appreciate people from all backgrounds, the language barrier appeared to contribute to difficulties later, particularly when trying to offer suggestions to help manage my dog’s behavior. After approximately one day, while we were overseas on vacation, I was informed that my dog had accidents in the home despite being taken on walks. Shortly after, I was told that she could no longer keep my dog and that I needed to arrange immediate pickup. Being out of the country, this created an extremely stressful and nearly impossible situation to resolve quickly. It ultimately took about 1–2 days of coordinating with Rover’s Trust and Safety team and reaching out to multiple family members and friends before I was able to arrange for someone to pick her up. This significantly disrupted our trip and caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. We have used Rover many times in the past without any issues, which made this experience especially disappointing. Additionally, only a partial refund was provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking with this sitter, and I will not be using Rover again.
To date, she's welcomed my Otis 3-4x. She's been very detailed with his care and has catered to his specific needs. Communication is also very timely.

Monsserath is such an amazing pet sitter! She was able to cover for me last minute after my original sitter canceled and she really came in and saved the day in a stressful time. My two boys love her; she plays and cuddles a lot with them, and even went above and beyond and bought them a couple toys to play with! 1,000% recommend you book with Monsserath!
Monsse was very attentive, patient and kind to my active, not completely house trained 14 week old puppy. She had her for several hours and took her out hourly, walked her, and played with her. She updated me with photos throughout my puppy’s stay. I highly recommend Monsse and will booking with her in the future.
Monsserath stopped in at lunch and walked my puppy. She was great and communicated well! I’d recommend her.

I recently arrived in the country and have been living in Milwaukee for a little over a year 🇺🇸🏙️ a beautiful city that I truly enjoy. I am currently looking for a part time job that allows me to balance my time between my studies and my work as a body piercing artist 💎✨. At the same time, I am seeking opportunities to do what I genuinely love and feel passionate about: caring for pets 🐶🐱. I enjoy walking them, providing attentive care, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved 🐾💖. I provide loving and attentive care both in my home and in my client’s home 🏡🐶. I live near a park, which allows me to take dogs on fun and safe walks, playtime, and exercise outdoors 🌳🦴. At home, I have a variety of toys and engaging activities to keep pets mentally stimulated and happy 🧸✨. I always follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and rest. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable, cared for, and treated like family 🐾💖.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and entertained 🐾💖. I enjoy taking dogs on walks to the park, playing interactive games like fetch and tug of war 🦴🎾, and giving them plenty of one on one attention. At home, I offer playtime with toys, basic training reinforcement, and mental stimulation activities to keep pets engaged 🧸🧠. I also make sure they have time to relax, cuddle, and feel safe and loved. My goal is always to match each pet’s energy level and personality so they have fun while feeling comfortable and cared for 🐕🦺🐈✨
