About: I started raising a dog when I was 15, a Bichon Frise. Now I have two cats, one is 7 years old and the other is 5. Both cats have been raised since they were kittens. I have plenty of time to take care of pet. My son goes to summer school from 9:30-4:30,so I’m available between these time. I have a big fenced yard and multiple cat trees. I vacuum daily and keep plastic items away from them. I also cover the second floor railing in case cats jump.

About: I offer dependable dog care focused on walks and drop-in visits, and I take the time to get to know each dog and their routine. I understand that every dog is different — some love long walks and playtime, while others just want a calm visit, food, and a little company. I have experience with: Daily walks and playtime Drop-in visits for feeding, fresh water, and companionship Puppies, including patience with training routines and leash walking Senior dogs who need slower walks, gentle care, and extra attention Giving basic medications and supplements when needed I’m very attentive and detail-oriented, and I follow care instructions exactly as requested. I pay close attention to a dog’s behavior and energy and will always reach out if something feels off. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable and safe, and that you feel confident knowing they’re being cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you can relax and enjoy your day. et care fits naturally into my daily routine. I offer walks and drop-in visits around my work schedule, mainly mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, as well as weekends. Because I do this part time, I keep my availability realistic and only accept bookings I can fully commit to. This allows me to be punctual, unhurried, and fully present during each visit rather than rushing between appointments. I’m happy to work with pet parents to find a consistent schedule, whether that’s regular weekly walks or occasional drop-ins. I also understand that plans can change, and I do my best to be flexible when possible. I treat every home and every pet with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. For walks and drop-in visits, I focus on safety, consistency, and following your instructions exactly. Before each visit, I review feeding, walking, and care details so nothing is missed. During walks, I use secure leashes and harnesses as provided and stay aware of surroundings, weather, and your dog’s comfort level. I adjust pace and distance based on age, energy, and health. In your home, I’m mindful of routines and boundaries. I make sure doors and gates are secure, food and water are refreshed, and your dog has calm, positive interaction. I keep visits unhurried so your pet feels relaxed and cared for, not rushed. I also pay close attention to behavior and well-being. If I notice anything unusual — changes in appetite, energy, or mood — I communicate promptly. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and comfortable. My goal is simple: your pet feels secure, and you feel confident trusting me with your home and your dog.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. In high school, I completed over 100 volunteer hours at Doglando, where I helped care for and socialize stray puppies, assisted with basic training, and supported efforts to help them find loving homes. Through that experience, I learned how to work patiently with dogs who may be shy, energetic, or still learning good habits. I also started dog sitting for friends in high school! I got to watch these dogs grow up and create such great bonds with them. As a pet sitter, I provide attentive, reliable care and treat every dog like my own. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or extra patience and attention, I strive to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. As a full-time student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available for pet care throughout the week. I am dedicated to ensuring your pets receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve while you’re away. Coming into your home, I will follow any sort of routine your pups have and will make sure they do not feel as though a stranger is in their home! I love spending time just relaxing with dogs, taking dogs on walks, or even playing catch at a dog park. If your dog enjoys going on adventures, I have a car suitable for dogs and can take them to any spots they love!

About: I have worked at dog daycare for a long while and there we were taught professionally how to give medications. I learned behaviors that help me today in understanding your fur babies needs and wants! I have experienced new ways of learning with any dog of any size and personality. Plans for the weekend? Have fun while ensuring your pet is also having a good time, because nothing makes me happier than a smiling dog! Or maybe you travel for work during the week and need someone to stay behind, keep an eye on the fur friends, let out the dog for potty breaks keep the kitty litter fresh and your prized pets the attention they deserve. I am available for drop ins and house sitting, so I may take care of other living things🪴that don’t have paws as well. Like watering the plants, or something unique like needing me to start the car every now and then to keep the battery upbeat ready for use when you arrive. Or maybe a last minute night out? I work part time in the day and have the rest of the day to spend with your pup. What a great way to end the day and know no better way than to spend time! I am very attentive and observant so your pets will have my undivided attention. As I find them too interesting to turn away. I follow the instructions given to me about your pets feeding of medication methods detailed to ensure their diet remains the same when you get back. As well as the same medicating procedure as dogs love routine. I multitask and use resources to alert me of frequent potty breaks while house sitting (like seniors, puppies or health conditions) I personally cannot bring myself to leave the environment dirty for animals as them sitting in messiness can be a health hazard! I send multiple proofs of me doing the job asked of me (like photos or videos) to give you peace of mind while you are away. Depending on how often you’d like to be notified. Keep in mind I answer as soon as possible but can be busy actually caring for your pup before I’ll actually have time to snap a photo of us having a swell time. Sometimes both hands are needed for animals, especially larger ones! I have your dog’s best interest at heart and their safety is my first priority!

About: I've been living in a pet-filled household since I was born. I've seen 3 puppies grow into seniors, and I'm currently living in a 3 pet household: senior black lab, baby doodle, and a bossy tuxedo cat. I've learned the work of taking care of a pet since I was little, but more so in the last several years I've really taken on a lot more responsibility. I love caring for pets and learning their own unique habits and personalities. I'm currently a full-time college student and looking to use this as a way to make some money while in college. I have a car and no problem with transportation, my schedule varies but I'm almost always available to take care of any pets. In my own home, we have a big backyard as well as a fenced in patio if the pets want to sit outside. They have their own crates and food bowls as well, although sometimes they sneak into the crate together. I'm someone who follows directions to a T, and if I don't understand something I will always clarify.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
