I love them all! I am Cat and Dog First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross, Certified Pet Expert (CPS-DW), and an active member of Pet Sitters International (PSI). I cared for my sister’s former miniature poodle Sandy and have grown up with various breeds like chihuahuas, a dachshund. As a Certified Pet Expert, I believe in using positive reinforcement instead of negative methods like e-collars or leash corrections, as they can harm trust and lead to aggression. While I'm not a dog trainer and won't suggest how to teach your dog, I'll happily follow your instructions and support your dog's training (: I work part-time at a restaurant 3–4 shifts a week 4-5 hours long each shift, and my schedule changes weekly, so feel free to reach out to see if my days off line up with your needs. I understand puppies and certain dogs need constant supervision so reach out to see when I have time off work! For house sits, I may need to step out if I’m scheduled for a shift; but drop-ins are usually easier to schedule around. I keep my availability updated, but exact times may vary a bit week to week. I'm flexible and always try to work around your pet’s needs especially now that I’m working fewer hours during the summer! For drop-ins for cats I take care of pet duties like food/water and the litter box. Then I either play with them or snuggle. I don’t mind going a bit over time to build trust, play, and spend time with them depending on their needs (: While walking your pet, I ensure they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, following their preferred pace and routine. I prioritize safety by keeping them on a leash and being mindful of their surroundings. For house sitting, I maintain your pet’s routine, providing meals, playtime, and cuddles. I make sure they feel secure and comfortable in their own home. I also handle light tasks like cleaning up after your pet, keeping the litter box tidy, and sending you regular updates on their well-being. Your pet will feel loved and well cared for while you're away!

About: Hi there! I have a degree in animal science from UC Davis circa 2023 and I'm now back to complete my Master's of Public Health -- and hopefully take care of your fur baby. I've worked as an animal welfare consultant for UCSF, as a vet assistant for vet clinics and animal shelters across Yolo County, and completed an internship at Oakland Zoo followed by some time as an educator for young kids on how to care for exotic animals. Beyond that, I have my family's own three babies: Biscuit (16 year old dog), Mooncake (5 year old cat), and Misu (1 year old cat). I'm happy to chat with you about your baby's specialized care, whether that means medication administration or extra slow walks before the Davis heat sets in. I am currently in grad school so my schedule is flexible, but I live close to campus so I can always come home to check on the babies. I always treat others' homes with the best respect I can give. My job is not only to take care of your pet to the best of my abilities but to take care of the environment they live in.

About: I have cared for dogs and cats for nearly 10 years. I have been a pet sitter, worked at dog daycares, and worked as a veterinary assistant in dog and cat clinics as well as exotic ones. I can administer medications as needed. I am currently working part time at a vet clinic, but I am free to check in on any animals multiple times daily, and spend nights with pets as well. I am comfortable handling animals and giving medications or any other treatments. I have extensive experience with dogs and cats through pet sitting and working at vet clinics.

About: I grew up around dogs, and always knew I would want one of my own. I finally adopted my beagle rescue mix, Busy, three years ago! Being a dog mom has deepened my love for all creatures and I value any time I get to spend with all types of furry friends! About: I have been around pets my entire life. I have pet sat for many of my friends and family members. I am reliable, flexible, and love all types of animals! I am about to graduate from UC Davis with a degree in Human Biology! I love being around pets and wanted to add an extra income this summer before pursuing grad school. About: Hi! I absolutely love spending time with animals. I have 4 years of experience taking care of and boarding cats and dogs, but I have had pet geckos and parakeets in the past so I have experience taking care of a wide range of pets. I have 1 dog and 2 cats at my childhood home— they are the sweetest, but now I’m away at college! I am responsible, reliable, and truly care about the animals I take care of. I worked for rover over the summer and it was the best time of my life. Now that I’m all settled in in college, I’m ready to start back up again! Occasionally I will babysit for friends/ neighbors, but for the most part I can give all my time to the pets I’m taking care of! Now that I live in an apartment that doesn’t allow pets, I’m only able to housesit, dog walk, and do drop in visits. About: I have volunteered at shelters all my life where I would play and walk the shelter dogs. I would also food prep and make toys I’m a full time college student and working part time as an animal care staff in a lab, so I am usually busy in the mornings. But my job allows me to be very flexible with scheduling which means more time to play and care for animals on the side! The biggest thing for me when caring for a pet is making sure they feel confident and comfortable with me. Less stress meanings happier dog.

About: I have been dog sitting since I was 17, spent the night at houses with animals, provided walks, food, baths and playtime. Many clients have asked me back. I have worked with both cats and dogs. I also grew up with cats and dogs and know how to care for them well. I am currently on summer break here in Davis with a pretty open schedule. About: I had one dog when i was little and i can't have a pet after i arrived at the states. I've missed the cuddle and joys brought by pets. So I want to be a pet sitter to have some good time with your beloved buddy. Let me take care of them while they cure me in the same time. I am a stay at home mom with two kids, who also loooove pets so much. in fact they begged me to have pet, but we can't afford it. So while in summer time the pet will stay with me and the kids, play at home or in our yard, or walk to the park. I have a fence yard to keep the dog outside, also a kiddie pool and splash pad for dog to use as entertainment during summer time. Dog bed or food need to be provided. Any requirements can be discussed.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs and cats as well as family and friends’ furry family members since I can remember. In the last 6 years, I have begun walking and sitting professionally. I love to take pups on long walks and run with them when owner-approved. I am always looking to help with training during my visits using the same commands and techniques as you do for the most consistent outcomes for pets and pet parents. I am always punctual and I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friend :) I work from home so I am able to stay over as needed for pet sitting and can care for any pets and let them out as needed throughout the day while working my day job Thursday - Monday. I walk dogs and make drop-in visits in my off time after work at 5:30pm and during my lunch break so I do leave for periods of time during sittings with your permission. I always ask how long a pet can be left alone to ensure your pet receives the time commitment you request. I also love to fill my days off Tuesday and Wednesday with plenty of walks and visits. I am unable to host furry friends at home right now due to restrictions at my apartment, but am happy to provide care at your residence.

About: I have a ton of experience working with a variety of dogs, ranging from puppies to senior, lazy to high maintenance, etc. My life revolves around my pets, and I am eager to share that passion with yours. I have a lot of experience with senior care as well-my pup requires a lot of at home treatments in her final months of life. I'm currently a PhD student, getting my degree in animal welfare, so I have relatively flexible hours. I don't have a set work schedule, so let me know what works best for you and I can likely work around that :) my day to day already revolves around my pet, and has for basically all of my adult life. I have a fenced yard, fully baby-proofed house, and pet-experienced roommates. My cat is my only current pet, and he is good with other cats and cat-friendly dogs.
