1. Nora S.
“This was my first time ever using Rover or hiring a dog walker and Nora was AMAZING!! She was so wonderful with my senior lab and flexible with her needs. Thank you for taking such great care of her while I was away!”
2. Alyssa K.
“I have known Alyssa for a bit over a year, and she is truly one of the kindest and most accountable people I know. Her love for animals is evident in the way she interacts with them, having lived with and cared for multiple pets, including both cats and dogs of various ages. Her cat, Eevee, is perhaps the biggest testimonial of her loving nature. Alyssa has extensive experience in pet care, which I’ve personally observed since we met. She has been responsible for taking care of cats and dogs, including young puppies and senior pets, always ensuring their needs are met with great attention to detail. During the times I accompanied her on caregiving visits, I was impressed by how she balanced attentiveness with affection, creating a safe and playful environment for the pets in her care. Recently, Alyssa helped care for two kittens. Though her responsibility was primarily feeding them, she went above and beyond by spending additional time playing and bonding with them, showing her genuine dedication to the animals' well-being. Her ability to meet and exceed her role's expectations speaks to her passion for pet care. Alyssa's personality makes her an exceptional pet caretaker, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a loving and responsible caregiver for their pets.”
3. Yessel J.
“I can't recommend Yessel highly enough as a pet sitter and dog walker! Yessel takes care of my dog, Allie, with exceptional dedication and love. Every time she comes over, it's clear how much she adores Allie. Yessel showers her with so much love and attention, always playing with her and making sure she feels happy and cared for. It's evident that her passion for animals shines through in every interaction with Allie. Yessel is responsible, and reliable, and goes above and beyond to ensure Allie is well-exercised and entertained. I couldn't ask for a better person to look after my beloved pet. If you're looking for someone who truly loves animals and provides top-notch care, Yessel is the perfect choice!”
4. Holly K.
“I thought she was awesome! She was affectionate with both my dogs, and in control of their behavior.”
5. Zoe W.
“Excellent communication and so patient with my enthusiastic, energetic puppy! Lucy came home happy and tired after a 60 minute walk and play.”
6. Mario G.
“Mario is a responsible trust worthy student with a passion or animals like no other. Mario grew up taking care of his two younger sisters since the age of ten while his mother work. He eventually added a cat to the mix. He's currently in undergrad working toward becoming a vet and it was dream since he would force us to the Zoo at 5 years old. He is someone you only need tell once, and he'll get the job done. Hiring Mario would be the fantastic choice and I couldn't rave more!”
7. Eleanor P.
“She took extra time to get to know my fur babies, and all their weird needs (trust me they’re weird) and was so kind and caring towards them. 10/10 recommendation :)”
8. Joscelyn M.
“Joyscelyn did a great job of making friends with and handling my 90 pound German Shepherd. It was a great experience for both of us and I trusted her completely.”
9. Bray K.
“Bray has the best interactions with dogs I have ever seen. I have had two dogs that were very territorial to everyone else and would try and bite people, but when they met bray for the first time nothing happened at all. The reason why is because she has tactics to connect with any dog there is. I have seen her with dogs that have a history of biting or being aggressive to others, but when she arrives they act calm and collected. She is also very smart with the dogs with giving out commands. She makes a command to the dog over and over again until the dog gets it right. If you want someone that can bond with a dog immediately and take the best care of them, I would pick her over anyone else.”
10. Juliana Y.
“Juliana took my dog Ponyo on a walk this day! I really needed the help because I had exams coming up, but also felt bad because I couldn't walk my dog. She was really helpful! Ponyo had an issue with his paw, but she brought him back right away and told me about it! She was really helpful and I'm glad that she told me right away on his walk! Thanks again!”
11. Job W.
“Job is a kind, patient person and he truly does love animals.”
12. Dina M.
About: With over 20 years of dedicated pet experience, I have developed a deep understanding and profound love for animals of all kinds. My journey began with adopting my first dog, a lively mixed breed, which ignited my passion for animal welfare. Over the years, my home has been a sanctuary for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles (upon occasion). I work from home most of the week, so I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of other working professionals that are looking for a reliable, passionate pet sitter to take their fur babies on walks (or runs) while keeping them within their familiar environment. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to welcome any pets in my house. I have fur babies of my own that I do not wish to upset their home life.
13. Jason M.
“I’d like to thank Jason for babysitting my dogs , Luna and Chipotle, he fed them at the desired times , took them for walks , and even refreshed their water every day! I will always call on Jason for taking care of my dogs when I am out of town. Thank you Jason!!”
14. Carly H.
“Carly has been caring for pets since she was able to walk. As a friend of her family for 10 years, I have watched her grow up fostering dozens of kittens, working with horses, caring for her own cats and dogs, and even raising a lamb in her back yard. Responsible, kind, and knowledgeable, Carly is my first choice sitter for our cats and 2 large dogs.”
15. Gabriella G.
“Gabriella has a super special place in her heart for animals! She is very caring and is always concerned for their well being from feeding to grooming and of course providing enormous amounts of love and attention 🥰. A bit of an animal whisper at times.”
16. Itamar L.
“Itamar is terrific. He has gained my somewhat shy dog's trust with patience and a willingness to try different ways of getting him to leave the house. Now Spinoza goes running over to him. Itamar is a great communicator. He's reliable and flexible.”
17. Olivia W.
“Oliva is fantastic and Jermaine LOVES her! Really appreciate her last-minute availability and great communication.”
18. Hope Y.
“Very prompt, friendly and responsible. Communicated well and showed up on time. Our pup loved walks with Hope!”
19. Daniella H.
About: My deep love for animals began at a young age, as my family and I fostered many different kinds of animals! I was a dedicated volunteer for SPCA for many years and have always had some kind of pet in my household! I am new to Rover but willing to learn everything there is about the app and your pet! Currently figuring out a position in the animal field! So right now, I am able to be around your fur animal throughout the day! I can easily adapt my routine to your pets needs. :) I have my own pup named Reus who is an 8 year old Pug! I love taking him out on adventures and walks. I make sure he gets the exercise he needs and all the love/care he deserves! Your pets’ safety and happiness are extremely important to me and I aim to create a stress free and fun environment for them! I am unable to board dogs in my current home but I am very respectful towards others homes and will follow any schedule you set!
