About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature. I adopted my two cats at 18, and they’ve been with me through every chapter, college, a couple summers in Hawaii, and beyond. I grew up with a Boston Terrier and had a Great Pyrenees during college, both of whom I loved deeply and cared for daily. From energetic puppies to older dogs who need extra patience and gentleness, I’ve worked with pets of all ages and temperaments. I started pet sitting at 11, and my first real job at 13 was walking my neighbor’s Border Collies. Throughout high school, pet sitting and dog walking were how I earned money. I’ve continued to care for cats and dogs into adulthood, offering everything from walks and feedings to medication and companionship. I treat every pet like family and always show up with care, reliability, and genuine love. I’m a Pilates instructor here in Maine, so my schedule is super flexible. I’m available for pet sitting, drop-ins, and walks on most weekdays (especially afternoons and evenings) as well as weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine! I care for pets in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable. I’m experienced with crating, feeding routines, medications, and giving pets the attention and structure they need. I’m respectful of your space and always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being.

About: New to pet sitting but have a life-time of experience with dogs. Dogs seem to respond to me easily and favorably. I enjoy caring for dogs. I am fully retired so my schedule can be very flexible. I will try at all times to accomodate a client especially if a short notice request is made. I will only house sit dogs in a clients house. I will care for the dogs feeding, all necessary walks, and of course some play time.

About: I grew up with many different animals. I am able to provide simple medications. As a pet parent I am able to provide your pets with love! I live in Biddeford but spend most weekends in Windham. I work 8-5 so I am available before and after work. If you are close enough(10 minutes from my home) I will be able to stop by on my lunch break. I am more than happy to stay in your home if needed! I am able to provide a companion while you are away. I can walk your dog, crate them, and feed them. For cats I am able to scoop litter boxes and feed them. Each service will be adjusted to fit the clients needs.

About: My best friend growing up was my golden retriever Sam—he was my buddy for 13 years. I now have had my current best friends (2 dachshunds!) for 10 years. I’ve had experience with nervous dogs and calm dogs; active dogs and couch-potato dogs. I also like to say hi to dogs who approach me on the street! I love dogs and I get so much enjoyment out of walking and snuggling them— it’s like therapy for me. Feeding and playing with them is also high on my list of things that I absolutely love. I’m available for walks, overnights, drop in food and play sessions and pee breaks! Feel free to reach out and inquire about hiring me to take care of you fur babies! My mom Amy, fiancee Abby and I all pet sit together! One or all of us is available any time with some amount of notice! Same day notice is a little bit harder to accommodate but we can usually make that work as well! Dog and cat sitting is a full time job for my mom and I work from home for part of the day every day. Abby and I do the overnights and Amy’s favorite part is coming in for the midday (or any time of day!!) snuggles, games of fetch or ball, and treat giving! We are very respectful of other people's space and homes. We follow every instruction given to or asked of us for taking care of the home and your babies. The goal too, is always to leave your space equal or better than how we found it!

About: Provided dog walking and sitting services to a professor at my school. Provided a family friend’s dog with potty breaks, meals, and playtime while they were away. Own two dogs of my own. I take care of two dogs, two cats, and two guinea pigs. However we also have a turtle and two parakeets in my home as well. Every day I feed the cats and guinea pigs. Dogs need to be taken outside often. Guinea pigs need their bedding changed weekly. I will make sure all instructions are followed to a T. I understand how specific pet owners are about their pet’s needs. Dogs will receive plenty of pets, cuddles, and playtime while time when I’m around. Attentive care is my goal.

About: I have about a decade's worth of experience with dogs and just love them. I recently moved to downtown Biddeford and have seen lots and lots of cute doggos in the neighborhood. I'm affectionate, perceptive and have a hard time passing by without saying hello (but I can tell you don't have time, so I just smile from a distance). I offer overnight stays at your place or I can come over early, spend the day with your dog and then leave at night. The price will be less, and I can create a plan that fits your dog's needs. Please contact me with details. In decent weather, I like to spend lots of time outside and place exercise as high priority. I also happen to be a neat freak so don't be surprised if I vacuum or wipe counters (on the flipside, your home should be clean enough for a guest to begin with or we're not a good match). I water plants as directed, take in mail, bring my own food and respect other peoples' privacy and property. I love the community and hope to add something to it. I'm a creative writer trying to make ends meet without a corporate ladder. I'm currently working very slowly on a novel and looking for part-time work. Dog sitting is a great way for me to spend quality time with dogs and still be productive in other ways. I never accept jobs without meeting in person first, and I don't know whether I'm going to take a job or be offered one until that meeting occurs.

About: On top of being a being a pet owner since I was 11 years old and owning my own pup since I was 20 years old, I worked in a doggy day care for 3 years and volunteer at an animal shelter for 7 years. My pup has done classes starting puppy kindergarten all the way to her canine good citizen certification. I work overnights and am able from 11am to 3pm. I’m available to Monday thru Friday for walks and drop ins. This is usually a time I’m doing things at home or relaxing before work. My pup is crated but we are working on being out and about in the home. In the end, it’s all about what’s safest for the fur baby!

About: I grew up in the country and was always surrounded by animals. My family and I raised turkeys, chickens, and rabbits. I also had guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. I enjoy being around animals and feel that life would be incomplete without them. If your pet comes to my home, I will respect the rules that you maintain in your home and put them into practice at my home. The same goes for going to your home. Animals respect those that respect them. They are our "Furbabies" and will be treated as such. Your pet will have a relaxing and exciting time while you are away!
