Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

I'm patient and careful - treat each one just like my own baby. - Speak English and Chinese mandarin. I work from home so I have plenty of time with flexible schedules. I'm usually available after 3pm on workdays. Weekends are more flexible. I'd prefer to schedule with me at least 1 day ahead but take same-day request too. I love walking with dogs company. My dog Noodles loves staying with Nukul and Harshita. They are experienced dog sitters who show concern about a dog's particular needs and schedule. I can't recommend Cindy's daycare service enough! From the moment we arrived, Cindy was incredibly communicative and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. My pup stayed for 8 hours, and I received THREE updates throughout the day, complete with adorable photos. It was so reassuring to see how well he was doing! He took to Cindy right away, which speaks volumes about the care and attention she provides. Next time we visit, we're definitely going to take advantage of her grooming services too. It's such a bonus that she can take my dog to her salon for a haircut while he's already with her, killing two birds with one stone! Michelle was so great with Kuro! Kuro usually has stranger danger but upon arrival he adjusted to Michelle and her environment so well. Kat and Greg are super friendly and responsive. They were able to take a last minute dog sitting request on a holiday weekend. This was Cooper's first afternoon/evening away from family. I was more nervous about having strangers take care of the newest member of our family. Kat gave us plenty of updates and reassurance that he was in good hands. Big plus that Cooper got to make some new friends and spent time with pups his own size. Would 💯 recommend this family for doggy daycare needs.
I can’t say enough good things about Haley! She went above and beyond in caring for my dog, treating him as if he were her own. Not only did she take him on long walks and trips to the dog park, but she also invested time in personalized training sessions to boost his cognitive skills. My dog came back so happy and enriched from all the cuddles and care he received!
