Detailed daily reports that reflect a genuine caring for my doggy, and wonderful photos that helped my family to remain connected with our good boy while we were away for nearly two weeks. Hon’s help allowed me to actually relax on my vacation because I knew Woody was in good hands. Thanks, Hon!! Hope to see you again.”

“Rosemary was great! She was very communicative and my boys loved her. I have two 50lb+ dogs and she handled them with ease and confidence. We can’t wait to use her again. 🐶”

“Thank you so much, Holly! We were so glad to have found you and felt very comfortable with you taking care of our pups. One of our dogs is a bit difficult, as he takes time to warm up to new people and can sometimes be a hassle to walk, especially when other dogs are around. We very much appreciated your patience with him but overall as well. We loved that you came for a meet and greet before we left on our week-long vacation. It was amazing to know the dogs had attention, food/water/meds, walks, play, and pats! We all hope to see you again! ☺️”

About: I have four years of hands-on experience caring for my own dog, which has given me a strong foundation in daily pet care and animal behavior. My responsibilities have included feeding, grooming, administering medications, and providing consistent companionship and exercise. I take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching environment for animals under my care. In addition to personal pet ownership, I’ve provided light pet care services in private households. These roles included walking, feeding, and monitoring the well-being of family pets during regular and extended visits. I am attentive to each animal’s specific needs, routines, and preferences. Families trust me to treat their pets with respect, patience, and reliability. My goal is always to ensure pets feel secure, loved, and well-cared for in their owner’s absence. I have a flexible job schedule that allows me ample free time throughout the day, making me highly available to walk dogs on a consistent basis. My adaptable hours enable me to accommodate various client needs, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I am committed to providing reliable and attentive care, ensuring every dog receives the exercise and companionship they deserve. My flexibility allows me to build strong, dependable relationships with both pets and their owners. I prioritize safety during every walk by using secure, well-fitting collars or harnesses and sturdy leashes. I stay vigilant of the dog’s surroundings to avoid hazards like traffic, aggressive animals, or harmful objects. I monitor the dog’s behavior and physical condition closely to prevent overexertion or distress. Hydration and weather conditions are always considered to keep the dog comfortable and healthy. In all situations, my goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for every dog in my care.

About: I have had pets of all sorts since I was little and helped take care of even more. From the time I was 7 to high school, my home had fish and 2 parakeets, Flyer and Stripe. My longest living gold fish, Swimmer, was my very first pet at 7 years old and almost saw me graduate high school. I was taught from a young age how to care for these animals and helped in the maintenance of their habitats. It was my job to clean the parakeet's cage (with adult supervision), give them fresh water and food, and dedicate time in my day to enrich their lives. The last one was always the easiest part as I loved seeing them play. Since college I raised 2 Havanese puppies, Manny and Mo. They were potty trained, exposed to new visitors in the home, and taught tricks. When I moved out of my parents, I knew my home would not be a home without a furry friend and eventually adopted Scarlett, my first cat. A few years after this girl convinced me I was ready for my second cat, Sophie. In between all of my own pets, I have pet sitted for friends, family, and neighbors. Golden retrievers, parrots, bunnies, labradors, pitbulls, and have loved each and every one of them. I would like to continue this level of care for your family members and show them that they will be cared for until you return. Currently, this line of work is my main goal. I will be looking to fill as much of my time caring for your family members. As of now I have no explicit time during the week which I am unavailable. Please contact me for times and we can discuss what is on my schedule the days when you need me most. I currently offer caring for your pet at your home. I can also stay overnight for pets who require that extra level of care. I am flexible to multiples visits or staying with them at all times. It all depends on what you need and your pet need to have the best care.

About: Are you looking for a dedicated and passionate dog walker? I’m a pre-veterinary student at Rutgers with a lifelong love for animals, and I’m here to provide exceptional care for your furry friends. Currently, I assist at a spay and neuter clinic, where I gain valuable experience caring for cats and dogs before and after surgery and administering medications. Additionally, I volunteer at a local kennel, walking and caring for dogs awaiting their forever homes. Growing up with four dogs, I’ve always been surrounded by pets, making me naturally comfortable and skilled in their care. I’ve also pet-sat for neighbours and filled in for my sister’s clients, ensuring pets are happy, safe, and loved during daily walks or extended stays. While I’m definitely a dog lover, I also have a huge soft spot for cats. I think it takes a special kind of person to truly appreciate cats and their unique personalities, and I love spending time with both cats and dogs equally. I joined Rover because I love making new furry friends. Whether it’s a playful pup or a shy cat, I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making them feel safe, happy, and loved. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, I’d be thrilled to spend time with them. Since I am not currently in school, my schedule is more open, allowing me to provide flexible pet care throughout the week. During the school year, my availability shifts to mainly weekends, as that is when I am home and able to focus fully on your pets. I do not offer boarding in my home due to already caring for multiple pets and wanting to ensure the best attention and care for all animals.

But during the school year I can offer some late afternoons and early evenings and some weekends. I am very excited to animal sit/walk your pet. I hope to hear from you soon!!! During the summer months, I have more flexibility. I can do walks and drop-ins between 2-7pm. a few days a week (some weekends if needed). I can't care for pets in my home.
