About: Hello! Here’s a little bit about me. I am currently a kindergarten teacher and I was born and raised in Washington. I would love a dog of my own, but I am not home enough during the school year. I’d love to be your pets new best friend while you’re away! The services I will be offering are drop-in visits and dog walks. I’ve looked after many dogs and cats in my lifetime (dog sitting, dog walking, drop-ins for my friends cats, etc.). I also used to have a dog of my own! I look forward to taking care of your pet and giving them attention and love while you’re away. As previously mentioned, I am a teacher. Most of the time, I am in my classroom teaching students how to read, write and count! But, in my free time, I’d love to play with/take care of some adorable dogs and cats. She was able to build trust with BG to the point where she allowed being held and snuggled, which was lovely to hear! we had a wonderful experience with ZIYI caring our cats during our New Year vacation. Ziyi kept us updated and giving us peace of mind. We returned home to find our place clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, ZIYI provided attentive ans loving care to both our cats.
Alexa did a great job dealing with some challenges that we didn’t properly prepare her for. Our cats had unprecedented diarrhea and vomiting that began just as we left, and Alexa gave us updates on their condition and was ready to take them to the vet if they didn’t approve (thankfully they did!). Additionally, our furnace shut off for some reason and Alexa communicated with us that the house was quite cold. She came everyday and scooped the cats litter and changed their pee pads, even though we forgot to tell her where the garbage bags were. Thank you!
Krystal has watched our cats twice now and we will continue to book her in the future :). She is very responsive and sends amazing pictures that put my mind at ease. We have four cats, so no easy task of feeding, watering, scooping, and playing with them, but she manages it all and has time to give them attention and affection. We could not ask for anyone better.
There are plenty of good sitters on Rover, but to us, Heather stood out as a great one! Heather was very responsive and on time for our meet and greet. She was attentive and asked questions regarding Minnie's care. While we were out, Heather sent so many photos of our cat and the different ways she played and engaged with her as a part of the daily updates. She provided detailed descriptions of her condition, her mood, and general observations and was very communicative. It was easy to tell Heather cared for our cat well and I recommend her to anyone that needs a petsitter. We look forward to hiring her again for our cat sitting needs for the future!
Sherry is awesome. We just moved from out of state and have a pretty old dog not used to this climate. He was scared when we left him, and we have always boarded him in the past so he was quite difficult. Sherry was patient, and over 2-3 DAYS of feeding a growling, snapping dog she saw kobe turn back into the cool old dog he normally is. I can’t say enough how easy and patient she has been with a tough situation.
