About: I grew up taking care of my Lhasa Apso. I used to dog sit for my employer who had a minature Shih Tzu. I would take her everywhere with me. I had a Dachshund in my 30’s. About: I only take one dog per boarding request as I want to make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve. I make sure to match with the dog’s energy, depending on whether they want a walk, play, or just a steady presence. I provide updates with photos and videos so that you can see how your baby is actually doing. I’ll make sure to keep their tails wagging while their favorite human is away (and hopefully become their second favorite)! There is always at least one person in the house to take care of the pets, with the exception of a few hours if we go out together on evenings or weekends. Some of the routines look like: stopping in to feed pets, provide fresh water, clean up, and offer enrichment and play, and companionship so they feel comfortable and not alone. I have a very flexible schedule with plenty of free time, which means I'm never rushing through a visit. I already have a daily routine with my own two cats — feeding, playtime, litter, and just being present with them. To me, that consistency is the foundation of a happy cat's life, and I bring that same approach to every pet I care for. I follow your routines to ensure your pet remains comfortable in its familiar surroundings. Before every visit I like to ask the important details — whether your cat goes outside, tends to sit on open windows, chews on plants, or has any habits I should know about. I ask all the necessary questions to cover every detail and maintain open communication throughout.
About: I've been around cats and dogs most of my life and have a deep love and affection for them. As well, I recently started volunteering at Seattle Humane. I'm currently doing this part time, so I'm pretty flexible on availability on weekdays between Monday-Thursday. Though, for drop-ins, my clearest availability is between 8am-2pm. But again, I’m flexible. I can do overnights between 5pm-9am. I try to bring a calm, kind demeanor to the environment to put the cat(s) at ease; I will scoop the litter box, feed them, and if they show interest, play with them, and if not, I give them their space!

Yun-chun and Ao-Chang are a friendly young couple, and with their super cute dog Google have a beautiful Rover setup with a great backyard for dogs. “Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a family that will love your dog like their own and do everything they can to make your pup at home while you’re away, Leah and Leio will be the right fit for you.”
