About: I have taken care of a variety of animals for many years! My speciality has always been cats! I have a home in westlake and in south Natomas. So I’m pretty versatile! I am that lady that will stop in the middle of the road to help an injured or lost pet! Cats have the most amazing, fun and sassy personalities! You just have to know to understand them and let them lead the way. Cat language is very unique and can be easily understood if you have the experience and passion for cats, like I do! Let me know if you need me to help give your cat love or attention, I’m sure they would appreciate it! I currently work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I have a good working car with plenty of room in case it’s needed. I treat everyone as I would want my own pets and home cared for. I make every pet feel at home and welcomed! Every pet is different and will get his/her own special attention/accommodations. I think about how I would want my own pets cared for and the relief I would have while I’m away knowing that someone is truly making my pet part of the family, even if just for a short time.
“Heath Bar didn’t make it easy - he barked the entire time at Danielle’s unless she was there with him, I k ew he had separation anxiety but the only time it presented for the last several years was while he was alone in the car. His being alone in the house was not a problem for him. My take away is to be certain someone will be at home with him for most of the time he will be in someone else’s care. Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”
About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. About: I grew up with a big Labrador and my family also has two more medium sized dogs. I have years of experience in walking and boarding. I have experience with many different breeds and particularly love bigger dogs (being big sized myself). “April was so kind, supportive, and understanding of my special senior!!! For context, my 14 year old dog was currently undergoing a med change due to doggy dementia so he needed extra supervision while we navigated this process. With the med change also came a lot of changes to his temperament/behavior. Despite being a super anxious, pretty reactive dog with a history of trauma (very slow to warm to strangers), April was so patient and empathetic to our situation and really went above and beyond to help us and our dog feel as comfortable as possible. I was happy to learn that my dog was even following her around a bit during his stay (which he doesn't even do with people he's met before)! I was so relieved when she sent her detailed text updates (with adorable doggy pics) and loved how proactive & transparent she was about making his next stay even more accomodating.
