About: I may not have dogs of my own but I sure do love being around them. Before moving I use to volunteer at an animal shelter and I loved it there just to see how dogs were able to have at least a couple of minutes of happiness from pups to seniors. I also foster kitties and have two of my own! I am currently attending nursing school, so can’t fit a full time job into my schedule. This is the best option because it’s something I love and I can still complete my studies! I would first build trust with the animal ensuring they are not frightened by me. Aside from that I love for the owners to tell me more about their pet to allow me to best adjust my skills to accommodate the pet.

I have trained all my puppies as well as cared for my parents elderly Bullmastiff. I am very sensitive to the needs of pets and can feel when something is wrong. My schedule is open Monday - Sunday, I am a stay at home fur mom and I can not wait to meet your fur baby. All of my cats and dogs are indoor. “Jenna took amazing care of our dog Whiskey while my partner and I were on vacation for two weeks. Whiskey was staying with my parents but we needed someone to give her some exercise. Beyond giving Whiskey her regular walks, Jenna was a great communicator, and also went above and beyond. On her second walk, Jenna noticed that Whiskey seemed a bit off. (She had just had a foxtail removed a few days prior). I am a college student at Cal State Monterey Bay who is back home for the summer! I am free pretty much whenever and would love to take care of your pet! In the past when I have done drop in visits for cats/dogs I have feed them, picked up after them, and gave them a lot of love and attention. But I am willing to do whatever the animal in my care needs!
About: I have owned and taken care of all types of animals almost my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs, 4 cats, a bearded dragon, and a leopard gecko. I have attended puppy training classes and I have experience in raising a puppy of my own. I also have experience in bathing, playing in the pool, walks, feeding time and administering oral medication. Currently I am a college student at San Jose State University, however I am home for the summer with lots of free time! I am looking to make some extra money on the side to help cover college expenses. Just like at my home, safety is my number 1 priority. Doors are locked and shut at all times so no pets can be an escape artist. Make sure to check water levels and fill it if needed, and make sure to keep them on a consistent feeding schedule. While in the home, I will be spending lots of time outdoors with them when the weather allows and make sure they are going to the bathroom to avoid accidents. As with all pets, I make sure to give them lots of love and treat them like they are my own babies.

This includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure they get plenty of attention and affection. In a client’s home, I also make sure their space is respected and well maintained. I keep things clean, follow any specific instructions carefully, and ensure the home is secure while they are away. I’m very attentive to each pet’s behavior and needs, and I will always communicate with the owner if anything seems off. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so owners feel at ease. My goal is to make pets feel safe and cared for while giving owners peace of mind.
