About: Hi, I’m Carrie! 🐾 Animals have always been at the heart of my life. For over 2 years I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter, caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. That hands-on experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of treating every pet like family. Currently, I’m home full-time caring for my sweet senior dog, Sophia (15 years old, living with Cushing’s Disease). Making sure she is comfortable and loved has given me an even deeper appreciation for the trust it takes to leave your furry family member in someone else’s care. Your pet will be under my full-time loving care at my home, or in your home. I offer both services. Your pet will only be crated when I need to step out momentarily. In my home, pets are part of the family! 🐾 I have a fully fenced one-acre yard where they can safely run and play, and when the weather’s nice, we’ll spend lots of time outside together. Indoors, your pup will be right by my side, whether that’s hanging out in the kitchen watching me cook or relaxing nearby. I don’t crate unless you request it or for brief times when needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick to their routine and give them plenty of attention, exercise, and love so they feel safe and comfortable until you’re back.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and taken care of them through every age, from puppy to senior.
