About: I have 5 dogs that are my kids. I am a stay at home dog mom. Your dog will be my dog while in my care. 4 are small and 1 medium sized. They are all fixed, UTD on shots and heart worm. All adopted from different states and shelters. They are between the ages of 10 and 12, and 1 senior who we believe is about 16. They are only crated at night if I go out for an extended period of time, except Charlie, the old man, he is out 24/7. We live on a half acre, fully fenced back yard (5 ft aluminum with puppy pickets). They can get on the furniture if they want and I have dog beds throughout the house. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. When I get a new foster dog, I usually will keep them leashed for a little while until they get acclimated and used to the other dogs. You, my customer are more than welcome to come into my house and yard and meet myself, and my dogs.

About: Dogs have been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my experience extends beyond Rover through years of caring for family and friends pets. I have experience with puppies, seniors, dogs with medical needs and a variety of breeds and temperaments. I have two dogs of my own who are complete opposites, one is a high energy working breed and the other is happiest relaxing on the couch. Caring for both has taught me that every dog has different needs and deserves an individualized approach. High energy dogs are absolutely welcome here and will have plenty of opportunities for both physical exercise and mental stimulation throughout their stay. Pet care is already built into my daily routine. I work from home from 8-4, which allows me to be available all throughout the day and provide frequent potty breaks, supervision, exercise, and attention as needed. I believe it’s far more important to adapt to a dog’s lifestyle rather than to force them to adapt to mine. If your dog has a specific routine, I am happy to maintain it during their stay. Safety is my highest priority when caring for each dog. I introduce dogs carefully if they have not already met, I monitor their interactions closely, and never leave dogs together unsupervised. If for some reason dogs are not a good match, I am comfortable keeping them separated and rotating them as needed so everyone gets the exercise, individual attention, and comfort they need. All dogs are fed separately in different rooms, and I intentionally limit the number of dogs I accept at one time so I can provide appropriate supervision. My home has a fenced in yard, baby gates, crates, and multiple areas where dogs can safely relax or decompress. I am also comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions.

I also managed a dog boarding/daycare/grooming facility for the past 2 years. I’ve been a part-time Rover sitter for almost 10 years but I’ve recently made a career change and decided to prioritize Rover as my full-time job. I dedicate 10+ hours a day to all my boarded pups and I spend a minimum of 6hrs outside daily. Potty trained pups are allowed to free roam the entire property and home. They sleep wherever they’d like, inside. Puppies are allowed to free roam the indoor play area ONLY and they are not allowed to free roam inside the home. Puppies are able to roam the entire backyard.

About: I have worked with newborn to senior pets since I was five years old, and I am a very active person that enjoys playing with furry friends. I plan on working in healthcare in the future so I prioritize caretaking. I am taking one online college course during the summer and I am a part-time tutor so I will have a lot of free time this summer for pet sitting! In my home, pets have a clean, cozy space, regular walks or playtime, and lots of love and attention. I keep routines consistent and follow any instructions you provide. In your home, I will respect your space, stick to your pet’s usual schedule, and make sure they feel secure in their own environment. I’m always happy to provide updates and photos so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away!
