About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm comfortable with dogs from all walks of life. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have had them in my home since childhood, there’s never been an animal I don’t love and I have years of experience with pet sitting in my local neighborhood back in my home town! I’m currently only working 3 days a week so I am free all day Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The only exception is my night class Tuesday 5:30-8:30! About: CURRENT CLIENTS: If calendar shows us as unavailable during your potential stay, please still reach out. We may still be able to accommodate your pup. As former pet parents, we understand that your pets are an extension of your family. We will care for your pup like we would want our former pups to be cared for while we were away. We love having dogs around but currently don't have one of our own. We also will only sit dogs from one family at a time. Therefore, we are a perfect choice for those pups who like to be the center of attention. We currently work away from the home three days a week. Typically, these days are Tuesday - Thursday, but can be adjusted when we are sitting a pup that is not used to being home alone during the day or for first time clients. About the Home: We live in a single-family home in the Bay View neighborhood. The home has a partially fenced-in yard and is air conditioned with several windows for animals to look out of when not outside. We also have a deck where we spend most days (weather permitting) that has a gate so the dogs can be out there lounging with out. Dogs can roam freely in the house while we are away if that is what they are accustomed to that. Our home is tri-level with many stairs, so it may not be a good fit for dogs that don't do stairs well. Our neighbors also have dogs so if your dog isn't good with seeing dogs through a barrier such as a fence, we may not be a good fit. During your dogs stay, we will work to provide the same rules and training that you enforce in your home, ie walking habits, allowed on furniture, treats, etc. We do not allow dogs on our bed, so if they are accustomed to sleeping in the bed, we are not the best fit for your pup. Before taking on a new client, we will require a meet and greet to ensure both you and we (and your pup) are comfortable. This will also give us a chance to discuss any questions or concerns that either party has, to see the house, and let me know what concerns you have or things we should look out for. We ask that all dog parents be as honest as possible about their pup and how they have previously responded to being in an unfamiliar place or any other info that would be helpful for me to know while they are under my care. The more we know about your dog and their quirks the better we can take care of them. The best sits we've had are ones where the owners provide detailed information on their pup's habits and quirks. One of us currently is at home during the work day. We will work to keep your dog on his typical schedule. We are early risers so morning drop-offs are no problem for us. We treat the pets we care for just like we would if they were our own. We understand that someone's pet is an extension of their family.

About: SINCE I WAS 18, my first business was pet grooming. I love animals. Know to take care about dog . If the door feel happy i am happy . I work from home. I have more than 90% free time each day. So I have time to keep an eye on your pet, take care of it, give it love and not have it sit alone in the house. I can take your dog for a walk at the park here in Bayview Milwaukee where I live. And have a nice walk. They be safe .

About: I’ve been a sitter on Rover since 2017. I am a very detail oriented person so you can be assured that I won’t miss a step in your pets’ routine. During my time on Rover, I have cared for dozens of clients in various types of bookings. I'm not afraid to roll around in the grass if that means your dog is happy. I am also friendly with other pets, including cats or birds. I hope you pick me to care for your fur babies :) I currently work 8-4 Mon-Friday and will generally be unavailable during those hours. My schedule can ve flexible, so if you need someone for a lunchtime drop in, it’s possible I can make that happen. I can do really early morning visits or anytime after work. The weekends are completely open though. Walks are a standard, with permission of the owner. If not, playtime in the backyard or home will make up for it. I try to keep the pets routine as similar to their norm to reduce anxiety.

About: I have always had a passion for animals since childhood. I began caring for pets in 2007 starting with my first family dog. I trained him and took care of him when he was only 8 weeks old. Now, I have an 10 year old dog I've had since she was 8 weeks and have had rabbits, cats, reptiles, birds, and more. I have been the go-to for friends and family for their pet needs; providing overnight care, dog walking, drop- in visits, and home/pet sitting. I pride myself in being the one to provide loving care to every pet as if they were my own. Animals bring me joy and I aim to provide them with love, happiness, and some fresh air whenever possible. Fur sure! 😉 Transitioning out of a regular full time position, so this means more hours are avaliable to dedicated to your pets and their needs! Im also connected with a few other local sitters to help coordinate any walks and drop ins and back up. I also work on socialization and basic commands and leash training whenever possible. I make sure we have vet and emergency information available and at the ready. I like to keep pets in their normal routine whenever possible and keep parents up to date as well.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life — in 28 years, there have only been 7 days I've lived without one! I grew up in a home with five dogs, including four Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Sheltie. My family also responsibly bred Berners and Shelties, and I grew up around training, proper care, and learning to understand each dog's individual personality. Today, my own dog is still a huge part of my life. I also prepare homemade food for my dog and have learned a lot through that experience about paying attention to ingredients, sensitivities, age, energy levels, and individual needs. If your dog has a unique routine, dietary preferences, or special considerations, I'm happy to listen and follow the routine you've established for them. I'm comfortable with dogs of different ages, personalities, routines, and needs, and I believe patience and consistency go a long way. Most importantly, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. I treat every dog like they're part of the family — with plenty of attention, patience, playtime, and care while you're away. 🐾 Pets are already a big part of my everyday life. I have always had dogs and currently have three cats of my own, so feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, and keeping up with their routines are naturally part of my day. I’m also intentional about making time for the pets I care for. I’d rather give a pet my full attention than simply “check a box” and leave. I’m happy to work around their normal routine and give them the consistency they’re used to while their family is away. 🐾 I start by learning your pet’s normal routine — feeding times, walks, medications, favorite activities, boundaries, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Then I stick to those instructions as closely as possible. I believe good pet care is about paying attention to the little things. I watch for changes in appetite, energy, behavior, bathroom habits, or anything else that seems unusual, and I’ll communicate with you if I notice something worth knowing about. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable, not like their routine has suddenly been turned upside down. Whether they want a long walk and lots of playtime or prefer to curl up somewhere quiet, I’ll meet them where they are. 🐶🐱

About: I have experience with puppies as young as 4 months old to 5 years old. I had a very active husky with a sensitive stomach. I trained him for basic commands and accidentally taught him Spanish. I had my fair share of accidents such as my fur baby getting into the chocolate drawer and trying to be friendly with the skunks. Lots of things learned! I currently work part time so I have a good amount of free time after work. I usually work in the mornings (sometimes I also have class). I love playing with dogs and they’re quite the de stressor for me! I am very proactive when it comes to scanning the environment we’re in. At intersections the fur baby is always right next to me and I always have poop bags on me as well as water and treats.

About: I have had all sorts of pets since I was a kid - dogs, cats, fish, hamsters - so I understand body language and can know what your animal needs/wants based off that. I also worked at PetSmart, during which I was tasked with taking care of our cats and hamsters; therefore, I have ample experience with a variety of pets needs and personalities. I am currently a student, so my schedule is odd but I have plenty of time to come visit your pets or house sit! I am free everyday mainly midday and in the evening, but I can fit early morning visits as well. I can do any necessary task, be it bathing your pets, walking them, or simply feeding them and letting them out. I will also make sure they feel comfortable and safe with me before moving forward with care.

About: Your cat runs the house, and I’m just here to deliver the 5-star service they deserve. I stick strictly to their custom feeding routine, spark their inner hunter with high-energy play, and hand out belly rubs or chin scratches strictly on their terms. I provide the routine, royal treatment, and total peace of mind your cat demands while you're away. I am open Mondays through Fridays after 1pm. On Saturday and Sunday I am free all day. I'm good with physical activity and cuddle bugs I am available for walks & drop ins after 4pm during the week and anytime on the weekends. Im available to pet sit any time as long as pets can be alone for few hours while I'm at work. I can pet sit during the weekend full days. When caring for pets in their own environment, I prioritize consistency and respect for their routines and the client’s home. I maintain the pet’s normal schedule for meals, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. I provide companionship and stimulation while keeping the home secure and tidy. I send regular updates with photos or notes so owners feel confident and informed. For pets with medical or behavioral needs, I carefully follow all instructions and monitor for any changes.
