About: I have over 27 years of personal dog care experience, looking to help those in the community that need their best friends walked and cared for. My soulmate Olaf crossed the rainbow bridge May 2026 and I am looking to utilize my energy to help those in the community care for their dogs. I live with two Dachshund mixes that aren't much of walkers themselves, so I'd love to walk with some dogs that appreciate time outdoors. In that 27 years, I have experience with multiple breeds including "bully" breeds and small dogs. I have worked with numerous types of dog breeds and sizes, and personalities, and I open to work with any dog that needs that special care while you are out. I have experience with different harness and leash types, as well as environments for taking your dog on a stroll (city, country, downtown, etc). I practice patience with each new dog for them to get to know and trust me, while adding some fun and extra pats into the mix. I have a fairly set work schedule though can be available any evening of the week with proper notice. I am open to discuss availability to help care for your dog and get them the care they need while you are taking care of others things. For dog walking services and drop-ins, it will be best for me to come to your home to care for them to best accommodate you and your dog's needs.

About: I have cared for and raised a number of pets over the years. Would love to be able to care for yours. Very loving home. I am self employed and able to make my own hours. I would be able to give your pet all the time and attention he/she needs. I would care for only one dog at a time so I can give them my sole attention. I do have a 8 year old cat but he has been raised around dogs his whole life. I lost my 12 year old Doberman back in April of last year. I cared for him from pup on up to his very last days. I am very patient and loving with animals as I have always had a pet in my home. I love going on walks and live close to the lake which has wonderful walking trails. Your pet would get plenty of love, attention and exercise 😊

About: I've been around dogs my entire life — in 28 years, there have only been 7 days I've lived without one! I grew up in a home with five dogs, including four Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Sheltie. My family also responsibly bred Berners and Shelties, and I grew up around training, proper care, and learning to understand each dog's individual personality. Today, my own dog is still a huge part of my life. I also prepare homemade food for my dog and have learned a lot through that experience about paying attention to ingredients, sensitivities, age, energy levels, and individual needs. I'm comfortable with dogs of different ages, personalities, routines, and needs, and I believe patience and consistency go a long way. I have always had dogs and currently have three cats of my own, so feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, and keeping up with their routines are naturally part of my day. I’m also intentional about making time for the pets I care for. I’d rather give a pet my full attention than simply “check a box” and leave. I’m happy to work around their normal routine and give them the consistency they’re used to while their family is away. 🐾 I start by learning your pet’s normal routine — feeding times, walks, medications, favorite activities, boundaries, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Then I stick to those instructions as closely as possible. I believe good pet care is about paying attention to the little things. I watch for changes in appetite, energy, behavior, bathroom habits, or anything else that seems unusual, and I’ll communicate with you if I notice something worth knowing about. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable, not like their routine has suddenly been turned upside down. Whether they want a long walk and lots of playtime or prefer to curl up somewhere quiet, I’ll meet them where they are. 🐶🐱
