Feels their greatest legacy is how happy/content/safe their pets have felt over the years. They'd love the opportunity to share that energy with your babies! Heather is also an avid photographer & is happy to try to capture some beauty shots of your babies for you! They have extensive experience with special needs/health accommodations; including but not limited to blindness, hip issues, chemotherapy effects, extensive medication schedules/regiments (we’re talking spreadsheet-level regiments; happy to adhere to whatever your babies need!), diapers, etc. Heather treats animals like the integral part of the tribe that they are; they’re showered with love & snuggles (with consent), they’re constantly engaged and chatted with, and made sure to feel that they’re “livin’ the life”!

Heather fit in a meet and greet on very short notice and gave us daily updates and photos. Very nice and easy to work with.
I was absolutely thrilled to have Heather watch Claude and Olive while I was out of town on business. I appreciated the daily updates and photos--I have absolutely no doubt both of them were well cared for during my absence. She also brought in my mail and checked on a couple of outdoor plants. I think they were slighted disappointed when I walked in the door after my trip and they realized I wasn't her! lolololol It makes me feel so much better to have an additional option when it comes to caring for my cats. I will absolutely use Heather again and highly recommend her services to anyone who's looking for attentive and authentic pet care!
Heather is always so attentive and communicative! Im grateful she was available again. The kitties seem comfortable with her and I feel at ease knowing shes there to check in on them.

Schedule
Heather works Monday-Friday/8am-5pm. So, she's very happy to visit with your babies before or after work depending on your location/preference, which can be discussed. Don't hesitate to message, all can be talked through :) In fact, Heather's response time is in a top-tier percentile, so you can rest assured that communication will be open and swift.

- Things Heather welcomes to know: - To ensure mindfulness & respectfulness, what behaviors/sensitivities does your baby express (eg: sensitive to certain noises, prefers to lounge under beds, etc) - Do your fur babies have nicknames? - Do they have preferred scratch-me-here or don't-you-dare-scratch-me-here spots? - Besides you as the parent(s), do you have a local emergency contact? - Do you have a primary veterinarian’? Do you have a preferred off-hours clinic?
