Kayla was amazing! Not only was she able to come to my rescue for a weekend at the last minute, but the care that she showed Bella and the detailed info that she included in the app (which some people do not utilize completely) was so much appreciated! I am disabled and cannot walk Bella myself anymore. It is so reassuring and comforting to know that I have access to a top notch dog walker now that I will most definitely be utilizing in the future! I can't say enough good things about her. Professional, polite, punctual, and just an incredibly kind person that Bella fell in love with immediately. And if my dog falls in love with you, then it's kind of a done deal. I like you, too. Lol I recommend her 110%!

Berenice was great with our pup! She quickly gained her trust with treats and wiped her paws off after walking in the snow. She was on time and respectful of our home. Will definitely use Berenice again!

About: In 2018 all of my family moved out of the country and I began to suffer from separation anxiety and then covid happened which made it worse. My therapist suggested I become a foster parent at the humane society so I can learn to care for and let go of furry friends, and then I lost my job. Thankfully someone suggested pet sitting apps and I came across Rover. This app has helped put a little money in my pocket while doing what I love, loving and letting go. Thank you for considering my services. I work from home Monday through Friday and weekends I’m home all day. I am a big introvert so being around animals and near parks and outside by myself or with a furry pal are my favorite thing to do. I am very keen on following instructions. I don’t know if you remember or if you did this in elementary class where you wrote instructions for how to make a PB&J sandwich and some classmates even forgot to write instructions on opening the jar or grabbing a utensil to spread the jam well I was so anal that my teacher even offered me all of the sandwich she made following my instructions because I didn’t miss a beat. I have two medium and large crates handy, room dividers, leashes, food bowls, and more ready to be put to use.

About: Local restaurant owner who apparently can’t sit still. Love meeting all the kittens and cats on this app. I have two of my own and just got a pitbull puppy. I specialize in giving insulin if needed, medication/pills, and telling your kitty how pretty they are. I am very free in the evenings and all day Monday through Wednesday. Schedule is pretty flexible and I am very reliable with dog safety I have two very nice dog friendly cats and just got a puppy. Unfortunately my home is not open to other animals just yet as she’s a wild one

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for years, but done it more seriously the past two years. I do overnight stays with my friends/families dogs, and a lot of dog walking! I’ve done everything from administering medications to cleaning up accidents. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible! I don’t have time constraints (for the most part), so I can take my time caring for your pets. I would like to say I’m very good at being aware of my surroundings. I’ve taken care of dogs that aren’t dog-friendly, so I know how to handle those situations when on walks, etc. I also realize that growing trust with animals is extremely important.

About: I’ve had at least 1 pet my entire life, so I’m no stranger to caring for pets in my home. Beginning in middle school and until now, I’ve been entrusted by family, friends, and coworkers to take care of their pets while they’re away. I have experience with house visits, walking or dog park trips, and overnight care. While I don’t have direct experience with pets who require medical attention, I’d be happy to learn with you. I do have experience with senior pet care. Overall, I guarantee I’ll take care of your pet like my own! I recently graduated from PA school and am job searching currently, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m available for daytime care or overnight care daily. When looking after your pet, I will always take care of them like my own. I’m happy to play with them in the yard, take them on walks or to the park, lounge with them on the couch on a rainy day, or crate them if needed. I can stick to strict meal or medication times and will ensure they have potty breaks with appropriate clean up.

About: Pet Care Experience I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for dogs and cats has always been a part of my daily routine—not just a hobby. I grew up in a home with pets, started dog sitting in college simply because I loved it, and have now spent the last six years caring for pets outside of my own family. I’m comfortable with all ages, from energetic puppies who need structure and routine to seniors who need slower walks, medication reminders, and a little extra patience. What Sets Me Apart I don’t approach pet care as a quick drop-in and leave. I pay attention to your pet’s personality, their comfort level, and their routine so they feel safe and understood while you’re away. I follow feeding schedules, walk times, training cues, and house rules exactly as you set them. I’m calm, reliable, communicative, and take pride in providing updates that actually tell you how your pet is doing—not just photos, but eating habits, mood, energy level, bathroom breaks, and anything that may matter to you. I’m also a full-time law student, which means I take responsibility and organization seriously. My schedule is flexible outside of two classes a day, so I can be consistent with visits, walks, and routine-based care. I understand that pets thrive on predictability, and I work to keep their day feeling as normal as possible while you’re away. Whether your pet wants playful attention, structured exercise, or quiet companionship, I adjust to what makes them feel secure. My goal is for you to trust that they’re not just being cared for—but truly cared about. I’m currently a full-time law student, but my schedule is very flexible. I’m only on campus for two classes a day, and the rest of my coursework is reading and writing, which I can easily do from home. Because of that, I’m able to build my study time around pet care rather than trying to squeeze pet care into a packed schedule. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my focus is always the same: a calm, safe, and predictable environment where your pet feels secure. In my home: I maintain a structured, low-stress space with regular feeding times, walks, enrichment, and quiet rest periods. I follow whatever rules you have at home (crate use, furniture preferences, treat limits, etc.) so your pet’s routine stays familiar. I supervise closely, keep doors and food items secured, and make sure they always have clean water, a comfortable resting spot, and plenty of attention. In your home: I treat your space with the same respect and care I give my own. I follow your instructions exactly—feeding schedule, potty breaks, walk routines, medications, preferred toys, and boundaries. I keep things tidy, safe, and consistent so your pet doesn’t feel like everything changed just because you’re away. My goal is to maintain their normal routine and comfort level, not disrupt it. Communication & trust: I provide regular updates with photos and notes on how they’re eating, bathroom habits, energy level, and overall mood. If I notice anything unusual, I let you know right away. I understand what it means to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I don’t take that lightly. Your pet’s comfort, routine, and safety come first—whether they’re curling up on my couch or napping in their favorite spot in yours.

About: **If you are a RETURNING client and our calendar shows us as unavailable, please shoot us a message! We may be able to accommodate you regardless of what the calendar says!** We are lifelong animal lovers, who have recently returned to the pet wellness industry after a brief hiatus. We have 10+ years of experience in working with small animals and dogs of all breeds & sizes. Our work history includes a specialization in rescuing and working to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs. We have also volunteered at the Humane Societies in both Chicago & Milwaukee, as well as fostered adoptable pets in our home. To us, the health, love and safety of animals isn't just a personal interest, but a passion. Having used pet sitters in the past, we understando that booking a sitter can be stressful and confusing, particularly through a website where there are many profiles to read over and choose from. For the safety and comfort of all parties involved, we do REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to booking any new clients. We ALWAYS conduct these in a public, outdoor setting to make sure that everyone is safe. Not only is this a great opportunity to meet your pet’s potential care takers, but it also helps put a face to our profile, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and make sure that we (you, your pet & us) are all comfortable with one another and can meet each other’s expectations and needs. We aim to provide an unparalleled level of service that is AFFORDABLE, STRESS-FREE, SAFE, PERSONAL and as FUN as possible for you and your furry friend(s). We make sure to provide tons of love, affection and belly rubs for all pets we work with, as well as many photos and updates for parents while they are away. We are obligated to not only keep your pet's mind at ease, but yours as well. You can rest easy knowing that your dog is having a safe and happy experience.

Lilly was great to work with. She responded to messages promptly and asked thoughtful questions that I hadn’t thought of (eg specific habits such as her treat etiquette, play style) as she got to know my dog, Ducky. She was available to do a meet & greet beforehand so that she could get to know some of her quirks before coming to take her out on walks when I had a short notice change in work schedule. Ducky is learning not to pull on the leash and Lilly was great in helping reinforce that. Ducky isn’t the biggest fan of the crate and rarely goes in it to sleep unless asked, but she was such a tired and happy girl after her walks and playtime with Lilly that she had put herself to bed in her crate before I got home!
