“I had my dog Pepper go to Laura and Ryan’s place for the day to see how she did there before booking an overnight stay for an upcoming vacation. Laura is so easy to communicate with, super flexible, very kind and Pepper seemed to have a wonderful time at their house. We look forward to her having a great place to stay for her own vacation while we are out of town :)”

“Pattie & Mike are terrific doggie daycare providers! They are experienced "dog people" with extensive knowledge & a solid understanding of dog behavior - experts at handling different dog personalities & issues. Their home, large detached garage & fenced backyard are well-equipped & well- suited to host dogs for both indoor & outdoor playtime & rest time. Finn had a great time, as evidenced by the fun pics & videos they sent me during his stay. I will definitely use them again! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my energetic boy! Highly recommend!! ??❤”

“John knew that Sadie liked to fetch tennis balls thrown with a Chuck-it, so he did that for her. Twice! In very cold weather & it hurt his shoulder. I really like that he only takes 1 dog family at a time. He treats my dog like his dog. Has a wonderful big fenced yard, during warmer weather has dog doors so they can go in & out at will. His dog Peaches is very sweet.”

“I can confidently say Erena is the best dogsitter out there. She keeps updating with adorable pictures and is incredibly responsive. My dog is always happy and well-cared-for in her hands. Highly recommend!”

“We are incredibly grateful for the fantastic care provided to Flynn by Mike and his family! From the moment we reached out on short notice, he was incredibly accommodating. Throughout the day, we received regular updates and adorable photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing Flynn was in great hands. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby—your attention to detail and thoughtful communication made all the difference!”

“As always Teddy had a great time at Anna’s! Anna takes great care of him and Archer is his new BFF! I love getting Anna’s photo and video updates. They always put a smile on my face no matter what is happening at work. Definitely recommend Anna!”

“Prithvi has been absolutely wonderful from the start of our communication, to the meet and greet, and to caring after Penny today while our caregivers are still out of town. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past 9 years and have regularly volunteered with a local dog rescuer to foster dogs before they find their forever home. I have experience with dogs of all ages and look forward to caring for yours! I work from home most days and generally have the ability to move my schedule around if you need care multiple days in a row. I take frequent breaks for walks or play time with the dogs. I’ve got a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for your dog to run and play in. I’ve also got plenty of room in my house if a crate is needed. I’ll take care of your dog as if he or she was my own.

“This is our first time using Rover and we are so lucky to find Mary. My Shiba Inu Jiro never had any daycare or boarding experience before, Mary eased my nerves by having a Meet & Greet even before our first booking. Mary is very patient and experienced. She asked me questions about Jiro, and tried to understand Jiro better. During the day, She sent me messages and photos telling me Jiro was doing great. She also took small video clips. Jiro had great time at Mary’s place, and I will definitely book again. Thank you, Mary!”

“Liz and Kristopher took excellent care of our 4 month old pup on his first day away from us since we adopted him. I was happy he not only was well taken care of but that he got to socialize with their pets. Liz updated me throughout the day with photos and videos which was reassuring. I definitely plan to book them for our pups first overnight soon.”

About: March 2023 update: We had said goodbyes to our most beloved Ryan dog. For all of you who have been through lost, we now understand you and cry with you. We will slowly open up our schedule possibly starting summer time. You’ll see Ryan showing up in most of our photos and descriptions of our dog care style. We are just not ready to go through it and edit any yet… Thank you for understanding :) Hi! Thank you for stopping by. My name is Xu, my partner Sam and our little senior dog Ryan welcome you to our profile. We love going for walks in the neighborhood and nearby forest preserves, and some days we just lounge and sunbathe at home. I would love for your dog to join us! I believe positive reinforcement is the only way to train a dog, maybe we'll try some clicker training if your dog is interested. Ryan is an 13(ish)-year-old brindle 17 pounder. Ryan is very friendly with other doggies, no matter big or small! He likes to go for long walks, sniff around, greet other people and dogs, do some tricks to get yummy snacks, and sunbathe! We will be spending plenty of time by your dog's side as we will be home the entire time. Ryan the dog usually lounge throughout the day when he is inside the house. We will be sending plenty photos and videos updates and keeping an open line of communication. We live in a dog-friendly Townhouse next to a forest preserve for walkies! Ryan is very quiet and will not get in your dog's business. If your dog does not enjoy "parallel play" and need a play partner, Ryan is not going to be a good fit. We host dogs from only one household at a time, unless everyone meets and agree to each other prior to the stay :)

“Hazel had a great time playing at Erin's and she was super tired and needed lots of sleep to recover from a busy day. Erin and Eddie have lots of experience with dogs and give them attention they need.”
