“Katie and Dylan did a great job taking care of our cats for a week. We came home to a pair of well taken care of kitties and no messes or unpleasant surprises (except the stinky garbage which I forgot to take out! Not their fault at all!) We will definitely hire them again if they are willing and available.”

“Liliana is such a loving caregiver. She treated my kitten Smudge like she was her own pet. It gave me peace of mind knowing Smudge was with someone who really cared about her well being and comfort. Liliana is very thoughtful and goes above and beyond!”

“Madi was just simply amazing! She went above and beyond taking care our cats!! It was a huge relief having Madi while we were out of town!! We greatly appreciate her!!”

“Johnny is a fantastic pet and housesitter! He’s communicative, responsive, trustworthy, respectful of my preferences, and sends tons of photos and videos. My cats love Johnny!”

“Lilac was the most incredible cat sitter we’ve had. Not only did she send the cutest photos everyday, but she also took photos of our kitties eating and their water bowls to show us that they were eating and getting fresh water everyday. She was very communicative and accommodating. When lilac came over for her visit to meet the cats it was apparent that she knew what she was doing, that she was responsible and serious about her job, but also so excited to be working with our animals. Anyone who books with Lilac can be confident that their pets are being loved on and cared for!”

About: {Please note I have removed Housesitting from my services through 2025 for a health recovery. Thank you for understanding! ❤️🩹🐶} I have been Petsitting and housesitting for friends and family for more than 25 years, so I figured, why not make new friends and continue the tradition? It’s one of my greatest joys in life, getting to know and play with new puppers and their people!! I’ve cared for many types and breeds of dogs, cats, and exotic animals (snakes, tortoises, lizards, turtles, tarantulas, exotic fish, chickens, etc.) and all types of pet personalities - shy, rambunctious, skittish, lazy, grouchy, energetic, and everything in-between. From trained purebreds to rescues who have been abused or neglected and need special attention, I have worked with and enjoyed them all. I’ve administered meds, cared for sick pups and kitties, and taken my charges to the vet when needed. I could be trained to care for your pigs, goats, sheep, horses, etc. I travel a good deal and understand the importance of being able to have your non-human child well looked after and not have to worry about them while you’re out of town, or even if you’re just at work. I work remotely, so your pet gets potty breaks often, and they have a human around almost all the time. We go for small walks around a delightful neighborhood when desired, or longer walks/hikes on nearby trails if the bigger pups are game. There are no off-limits areas in our house- my pug Napoleon slept *under the covers* in the big bed he believed he owned - but if you have different rules, they will be enforced as dictated. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! I am excited to meet you - and your human friends ;)! Working remotely from my home office provides plenty of opportunity for potty breaks and puppy love in-between client interactions on the phone. It also allows me to stay full-time in your home with your pets if overnight sits are your preference. All that is needed is a strong internet connection and a comfortable, quiet place in your home to work. I have a gated yard in the front but can take little pups on-leash if there’s any concern. There’s also a small potty area in the back yard with a full fence for off-leash outside time. I can accommodate a small crate in my home, if desired. For overnights in your home, an initial meet-n-greet will be required prior to the first engagement to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

“Erika is the best...she genuinely seems to like Jaxxie and enjoys her visits. It is a great comfort to me to know he will get much affection, as well as, getting fed. I hope she continues to do this..thanks so much, Erika!!”

“Joa was great! Chill vibe, very attentive, sent pics and progress reports daily, and made went the extra mile to stay a little later when we wouldn't be back until later than planned.”

“Giselle was wonderful with the pups and took extra special care of our 13yr dog who had mobility issues and needs medications multiple times per day. We would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of pet care!!!”

About: *Cat, dog, Small animal, farm animal and exotic animal care* Hi, I'm Kate! I'm a New York native, who has made home in WNC. With 9 years of experience as a licensed veterinary technician and 5 years of running my own pet sitting business, I am so excited to continue to build my client base in North Carolina. Pets are more than just animals to me. I have a deep understanding of animals medically, emotionally, behaviorally- as well as understand the safety and responsibility that comes with caring for pets. My main goal is providing a peace of mind for all my clients. I go above and beyond to make sure all instructions are followed and you feel comfortable knowing your pets are in the best hands. Some examples of my medical experience: - Senior pet care - Nail trimming - Medicine Administration - Insulin Injections - SQ Fluids (for chronic kidney patients) I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and becoming your go-to, long-term pet sitter/dog walker! I am a full-time pet sitter and dog walker. I also offer additional services, including nail trims, medication administration, etc. If there is something you don't see listed on my profile, just ask me and we can discuss options. Safety is my top priority. Because this is my full-time job, I give each visit my undivided and full attention. Maintaining a calm demeanor while I am in your home creates the best environment for all pets, especially ones with anxiety.

About: Although lacking official pet care experience I have helped family members and friends with pet sitting and walking. I have also aided my mom with raising two puppies to full adult dogs and took care of one senior dog (family dogs). I grew up in the country of upstate new york and have loved animals since forever, all the down to the little guys like salamanders and frogs. I volunteer at the Charlotte Humane society when I can and have helped out cleaning kennels and have undergone safety training videos. I work Monday through Friday but outside of work I tend to have a pretty open and flexible schedule. My open hours are Friday afternoon through the weekend to start and then as I get more comfortable I'll open more hours up. As long as I get 24 hours notice I can figure anything out! I grew up with both a golden retriever and a Pyrenees, so I have taken care of more go with the flow dogs and then as well dogs that tend to have a more stubborn side. I read animals very well, have watched many behavioral video's, and know how to interact when animals might be more on the ornery side. I care for any animal as if they were my own which includes lot's of belly rubs, pets, and baby talk. I am an avid rule follower and won't stray from any instructions given.

About: I have had animals in my life since I was born. Currently have a horse, a pony, two goats, three cats, and two dogs living on my property/in my house. I love them all dearly. They are quite literally my children, so I understand the importance of high quality care for your pets. I work full-time from home and usually have lots of free time as my job isn’t incredibly demanding. I usually leave for a few hours in the evening after work to go ride my horse, but other than that I am quite open. I live on 4 1/2 acres. I have a very small fenced in backyard, but I usually walk my dogs 2-3x a day instead of just putting them out there. I do not live on a busy road.

“Natalie was very caring and attentive to my three cats. She is professional by always giving a detailed report card and lots of pet photos. Natalie alleviated the worry of leaving my cats. They were well cared for. I highly recommend using Natalie to care for your pets.”
