About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes since I was 8 years old. From my tiny Yorkshire terrier to my hunting German Shorthaired Pointer, I have loads of experience figuring out a dog's individual personality and needs. I also have experience with anxious dogs. Whether your dog needs a relaxed stroll around the block, or a longer energy-spending trek, I'm up for it! I am currently available as a dog walker or check-in visits. If you are out of town, I'll make sure your dog gets proper attention when I stop by. I'll give them food, pets, and maybe a little game of fetch. Whatever your fur-baby needs! I'm currently home for the summer and working remotely, so I have plenty of time to care for pets! My daily schedule is flexible, meaning I could build around visits and walks. About: There has never been a time in my life that I wasn’t taking care of dogs (and even a few wolves growing up)! My chihuahua-minpin mix Lo was an unplanned rescue (she was thrown out of a moving car in front of me) when she was about 6 weeks old. She’s 14 now and still a thriving terror in the absolute best way. I’m well-acquainted with the needs of different breeds, sizes, and ages, and fluent in canine behavior. Can’t wait to become besties with your beastie! I work remotely mostly over email so I’m very flexible in my availability. Visit times would largely be determined by already established feeding schedules and traffic. I’m happy to pop in for exercise/playtime, feeding, and cleanup! I’m detail-oriented and love a routine so I start with feeding (if medication is involved, it’ll be administered along with food unless otherwise specified) then change their water. Any necessary cleanup comes next, followed by exercise and grooming time.

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been a big part of my life. I'm currently studying Animal Health Science and hope to eventually work in animal conservation. Over the years, I've had many different kinds of pets and have gained lots of hands-on experience caring for both my own animals and other people's pets. I'm hardworking, friendly, dependable, and I truly enjoy getting to know each animal and their individual personality. I am a college student looking to gain more experience with animals and earn extra money for living expenses. I am currently enrolled at Cal Poly Pomona as an animal health science major, but I'm living in Moorpark this semester. When it comes to potty breaks/walks, I’m especially careful with smaller dogs because of the potential risk of wildlife or other animals nearby. I’m also extra cautious around pools if in the backyard especially if there isn’t a fence or barrier around them. Every home and pet is different, so as long as the owner lets me know about any specific safety concerns or rules, I’m happy to follow them and make sure their pet stays safe!

About: I am very caring for animals, I talk to them like they are humans and treat with love and care. So if you think I would be fit to watch you animals while away I can babysit your animals, I can care for your animals at your home if you are going on Vacation or out of town and I am more then welcome to babysit your animals until you get home, i can stop to your house and feed the make sure they have food, and if they are indoor dogs I can make sure to stop in to let them out, to go to the bathroom, play with them and put them back in. About: Hi! I'm Gabby, a recent CSU Channel Islands graduate with a B. A. in Psychology. I'll be starting my Master's in Counseling Psychology (MFT emphasis) at California Lutheran University this fall. I'm currently looking for part-time dog walking, dog boarding, and drop-in visits that work well with my graduate school schedule. I've loved animals my whole life and began volunteering with Ventura County Animal Services as soon as I turned 18, where I volunteered for about three years. I also started pet sitting in 2019 and have experience with dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight house and pet sitting, and boarding dogs in my home. I have two female Labradoodles and two cats, so any dogs staying in my home must be friendly with both dogs and cats. I'm comfortable caring for pets overnight and always strive to make them feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away! Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule while I’m in graduate school, so I’m available for daytime and overnight boarding any day of the week, as well as dog walking and drop-in visits. Since I have pets of my own, caring for animals is already a big part of my everyday life, and I enjoy making sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and love they need while their owners are away. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My two Labradoodles are indoor dogs, but they have access to a large, securely fenced yard where I let them out throughout the day to run, play, and get plenty of exercise. I don’t have a doggie door because my two cats are indoor-only, so all outdoor time is supervised. My dogs are very friendly and love meeting new dog friends, and my cats are comfortable around dogs, so I only board pets that are friendly with both dogs and cats. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. At night, my pets have their own comfortable sleeping routines. My older Labradoodle sleeps with my parents, and my younger Labradoodle sleeps with me. Any dog boarding in my home is welcome to sleep in my room if that helps them feel more comfortable, or I’m happy to follow whatever routine works best for them and their owner, such as sleeping in a crate or their own designated sleeping space.

I have a lot experience caring for friends and family dogs, such as Labradors, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chihuahuas, Chow-chows, Bichons, Mastiffs, and other mixes. Now that I currently have free time, I would love to care for yours. I have lived with roommates with dogs from Bulldogs, Pitt-bulls, Boxers to Pomeranians. I worked and lived many years on a farm where taking care of three Rottweiler farm dogs at the same time was part of the job description. It did not seem like work at all, because farm life with dogs is absolute bliss. I have an interest in learning about the holistic approach when caring for my dog. I want her to have the most optimal life in the most natural way. I admire Juliette De Baïracli Levy a lot and am currently learning about her work with animals. My approach is friendly yet stern enough for the big furry friends. I love big dogs as I have had lifelong friendships/experience with many Rottweilers and an entire littler of Labradors who are now Seniors. When I was caring for the dogs on the farm, two Rottweilers came as puppies while I was caring for another who was middle to eventually Senior. I would give the Senior medicine. And eventually one of the puppies grew up and got sick and needed medicine too. I believe the Rottweiler is my spirit animal for they always magically show up in my life. <3 My current dog is a big German Shepherd Cattle dog mix, sweetie girl. She is two years old and acts like a big puppy. She is curious with high energy. She is very cute and smart so she tries to test limits, but overall thrives to be a good girl. It makes me proud when I get positive feedback from those that meet her. I am currently working part time as well as studying which allows me to very easily fit in pet care every day in my routine. I am currently unable to share my home for boarding care. I’d be happy to care for them if they need someone present for overnight stays.
