About: I have over 10 years of experience with dog sitting, helping family and friends’ dogs. I have two dogs myself, a pug and a terrier mixed. They are both well behaved and trained, they love having friends over. I do work on the weekdays, but weekends are usually free with the dogs and kids at home. When our Weimaraner got ill and died suddenly I needed to switch from having our pet sitter staying at our house to the sitter's house so Dustin wouldn't be alone several hours each day. He also needs canine friends but is often reactive (growl, bark, snap if he is scared enough) and needs exposure, time and patience when meeting a new dog. He is not comfortable being handled (he is 14 pounds) by new people. Nancy and Roxy have been wonderful in keeping him in his comfort zone and gaining his trust. After several successful short daycare sessions we will start short boarding stays before our out of town trip. Needless to say I give Nancy the highest recommendation.”

I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. At night, my pets have their own comfortable sleeping routines. My older Labradoodle sleeps with my parents, and my younger Labradoodle sleeps with me. Any dog boarding in my home is welcome to sleep in my room if that helps them feel more comfortable, or I’m happy to follow whatever routine works best for them and their owner, such as sleeping in a crate or their own designated sleeping space.

So if you think I would be fit to watch you animals while away I can babysit your animals, I can care for your animals at your home if you are going on Vacation or out of town and I am more then welcome to babysit your animals until you get home, i can stop to your house and feed the make sure they have food, and if they are indoor dogs I can make sure to stop in to let them out, to go to the bathroom, play with them and put them back in. I love big dogs as I have had lifelong friendships/experience with many Rottweilers and an entire littler of Labradors who are now Seniors. When I was caring for the dogs on the farm, two Rottweilers came as puppies while I was caring for another who was middle to eventually Senior. I would give the Senior medicine. And eventually one of the puppies grew up and got sick and needed medicine too. I believe the Rottweiler is my spirit animal for they always magically show up in my life. <3 My current dog is a big German Shepherd Cattle dog mix, sweetie girl. She is two years old and acts like a big puppy. She is curious with high energy. She is very cute and smart so she tries to test limits, but overall thrives to be a good girl. It makes me proud when I get positive feedback from those that meet her. I am currently working part time as well as studying which allows me to very easily fit in pet care every day in my routine. I am currently unable to share my home for boarding care. I’d be happy to care for them if they need someone present for overnight stays.

“Our dog, Sam, is a large black Staffordshire mixed with either Malinois or some say, black lab. He's high energy but very well behaved indoors, and he needs a lot of exercise or gets very anxious after a day or two without exercise. He's got a nice temperament, but can be very possessive about his blanket, or bed, if another dog challenges him. Sienna and her partner both enjoyed Sam, and obviously handled him well during his eight days, and eight nights stay with them. We picked him up on our way home from the airport, and he looked great. He looked happy, relaxed, well fed and nourished. He was very happy to see us, and was very much at home with Sienna and her partner/boyfriend, who both obviously love dogs and show great confidence an competence at caring for them. We will definitely use Sienna again, and are grateful to have a safe place to leave our Sam, where we know he will be well taken care of and come home in great shape, both physically and emotionally.”
