About: I grew up taking care of dogs and absolutely love them. Our pets are a part of our family. I think they should be loved and cared for while their owners are away and not put into a cage for the weekend. This causes stress and anxiety! About: I was a dog walker (Wag) last year and I joined to be able to hang out with sweet dogs as well as make their days better. I know I’m being called on to walk someone’s dog because the owner is at work or somewhere else where they can’t get back so that dog would otherwise be alone at home for a long period of time if I was not there to help out. I have experience with every size dog, miniature to extra large and a wide variety of breeds. I have a rescue dog of my own (chocolate lab named Luke) so I know how to take care of dogs as well as how important they are to their owners. I ensure the doors are closed and locked when I’m with the dog inside while I’m visiting them. If we’re on a walk I ensure the leash is secure, and the house is locked while I’m on the walk.
