About 2 and a half weeks into her stay, Lola's tummy got upset again. Melinda was super communicative and agreed to help out by cooking rice and chicken to alleviate the tummy issues. Lola had a few accidents along the way which Melinda took in stride. She was much more interested in Lola's well being over any inconveniences. About: I've been a devoted dog lover since childhood when my mom would take in strays and rescues from the streets. I helped groom, train, love, and care for these sweet souls. Today, I work as a part-time substitute school teacher but find that I need more four footed companionship and outside time in my life, so I'd love to be your go to dog walker on my days off. I've always helped my friends and neighbors with their dogs (walking or pet sitting), and I'm good big dogs and little dogs. With 20+ years of teaching experience, you know that I have oodles of patience and consistency to rely on, and lots of caring and affection to give. Please let me help you give your pets the care and attention that they need when you're at work or on vacation! I'm working part time as a substitute teacher--this means that I generally work 3 days a week, and am often home by 3:30. I have afternoons available for longer walks and play-time. I am not able to board dogs in my own home, but in your home I can make sure that your dog or cat has the kind of love and care that they are used to whether they are an inside dog or outside. Walking is one of my favorite activities so I'm there to make sure that you're dog and myself are getting the exercise we need!

About: I’ve cat sat before and I’m very comfortable with cats of all personalities. I know some are social and playful, and others prefer their space, and I’m good at reading that and adjusting. I’m patient, calm, and not overwhelming, which tends to work really well with cats. I’m happy to play if they want attention, or just keep things quiet and consistent if that’s what they prefer. I also make sure litter boxes are clean, feeding is on schedule, and everything stays as close to their normal routine as possible.

About: I grew up with big dogs all my life (mastiffs specifically), which sparked my love for animals. About me - my husband and I have owned two beautiful Vizslas over the last 17 years and recently lost our 2nd one. I also have a large deck that is fully enclosed - dogs love hanging out there! Since I am home a lot, I can take your pet for a walk, hang out outside or let them keep me company on the couch too! About: With a lifetime of animal love and care, I was most recently a doggie foster parent. This gave me experience with both behavioral and medical care, and raised my personal bar for doggie care. About: Hi there! I'm Kat and would love to help you when you need pet care! I am an animal lover at heart, and I know how hard it can be to find care for fur babies. I can do dog sitting for dogs of all ages and needs. For boarding and house-sitting, all I ask is that your dog is friendly so that they get along with mine. I have a 5 year old lab-great dane mix, and he is such a gentle giant. For sitting, I am happy to come to you! For walking, I can walk dogs of all ages and needs, and am happy to also take your dog for a run! I will be sure to send lots of updates during your dogs stay :) I will update my calendar if I’m not available. I am taking care of my own dog everyday and would love to help you take care of yours! For boarding in my home, I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks. I also make sure to walk my dog everyday at least once a day, and would do the same for you!

About: I recently put my senior dog down and my house feels so empty. I grew up with cats and dogs but have pet-sitted for friends with bunnies, fish, gerbils, rats, etc. I can accommodate taking care of animals of all ages and needs. I am a remote, contract employee so my schedule is very flexible. I don't have children or pets so I can (and am happy to be able to) provide lots of quality time to the pet. I am a responsible individual that loves spending time with animals. I respect and care about the pet, owner and environment. Ensuring the happiness and safety of the pet is a priority for me. They were so very patient and understanding with Tootsie, and they offered us tips moving forward without judgement. Of course I felt like the worst dog over ever. Will most certainly use Amy and Boko again, we just have some potty training to work on in the meantime!”

“Melinda and her partner took excellent care of our girl. Lola had some stomach issues before we left her with Melinda which we thought was resolved. About 2 and a half weeks into her stay, Lola's tummy got upset again. Melinda was super communicative and agreed to help out by cooking rice and chicken to alleviate the tummy issues. Lola had a few accidents along the way which Melinda took in stride. She was much more interested in Lola's well being over any inconveniences. We are so grateful Melinda's love and patience towards Lola. I couldn't imagine a better sitter for our girl. Thank you Melinda!”
