About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs and worked in many different animal atmospheres from rescues, humane societies, to Grooming salons and Boarding facities. I have been a reliable contact for family, friends, and have acquired clients from previous jobs. I have been a pet owner for over 15 years and have plenty of experience with care taking, administering medications, and just loving our fur babies!!! I Pets and Animals ate my passion. About: I've house sat and pet sat for family and friends since my youth as favors. Most pets tend to warm to me fairly quickly and let me carry them or pet them on the first meeting. My professional career is focused in child care and development. I've worked with 5-18 years old in various positions. My last position was teaching and caring for teenage youth, who were transitioning from incarceration to their parent's home, at a group home. I am used to dealing with crisis under pressure with a calm demeanor and resolving it to the best of my ability. I am CPR and First Aid trained and certified in non-violent crisis management. About: I have been watching friends and family animals for as long as I can remember. I love being able to give comfort to the animals when their parents are not able to. I do work full-time, but I’ve always been able to help out with my friends pets at least three times a day if not more when needed. I am not able to do in-home care at the client’s house-or overnight stays at my house at this time as I have an animal in my own.

From desinsitization to climbing a ladder, I taught these puppies everything they needed to know to go to good homes! This sparked my love for training dogs, something I would love to do for you! About: I grew up with a dog, who became my biggest inspiration for working with animals for a living. Currently, I have 3 cats and work as a kennel attendant in my college town. I have worked with many disabled animals, helping them go outside or get comfortable. I have also worked with very young animals who need a little extra patience sometimes. I always pay attention to the animal's individual needs and do my absolute best to accommodate for them. In the past I interned with a groomer who taught me many behavioral signs of dogs and tricks to make them more comfortable if need be. I have also done a lot of research of my own for the behaviors of cats in order to understand my own. I'm currently home for the summer from college and am needing a job that's flexible, but also something that I still love. Since I'm home I will have all the time for all the pets' needs. When I care for an animal I start by giving them lovings, if they are willing to be pet. I will then pick up after them, walk them or scoop their litter, feed them, and of course before I can leave, play with them. Most of all before I do anything else, I double and triple check to see their instructions. Especially if they have any special instructions, I will switch my routine accordingly.

About: I have owned and trained my own stranger and dog reactive rescue for the past 2 years. I know how hard it can be to go on vacation because finding a babysitter with experience is hard. Working slowly and gaining trust is key and knowing triggers is essential in being sure that the dog can be managed properly while the owner is away. I've worked with trainers and read extensively on reactive dogs, so I understand how important it is to manage your dog's stress and be consistent with training. Therefore, any training regimens would be kept. I've worked with puppies, helping train friend's puppies so that their new furry friends can experience the world through a positive lens. I've done nail trims as long as the dog is willing, ear cleanings, and given pills or vitamins. I find it essential for owners to be able to go on vacation or out of town and not have to worry about their dogs. Therefore, any updates, pictures, etc will be given freely. I currently work full-time but have full availability Sunday and Mondays and can always do drop ins before and after work. I will be sure to not sure drop in for a few minutes to feed but to play and interact with your animals to ensure their needs are met and they can nap. I understand safety and management for animals inside and outside the home. Ensuring no food eaten is left out or other endangerments are all securing put away. Enrichment and mental stimulation help keep animals calm while their owners are away and keeps them feel tired so they get the sleep that they need! About: Hello! Thanks for stopping by! Here’s a little info about myself; I moved to Omaha last summer from my hometown in Minnesota to pursue my dream job. While living there I volunteered at a shelter for 5 years called “4luvofdog.” I would host dogs and puppies needing a temporary place to stay while awaiting their “furever” home. Along with that I grew up with big and small dogs as well as cats, and watch my siblings/friends dogs regularly. Watching and caring for animals is a passion and self care hobby of mine as my job is very demanding. Im excited for this opportunity and look forward to building a relationship with you and your pets! •I have a full time job Monday-Friday. I leave my place around 7:15am and back by 5:15pm. •For check ins I’m available Monday-Friday 5:15pm-9pm and anytime on weekends. •For overnights; drop off and pick up before 7am or after 5pm on weekdays. Weekends I am available anytime. •I’m very accommodating and easy going! As long as the communication is open and honest, I won’t have a problem accommodating needs :) I live in a very cute neighborhood in downtown Benson and love to go on long walks looking at the real estate! No kids, roommates, or pets! My home does not have a fenced in yard and has stairs leading up to the unit. In others homes I’m happy to show up to walk and play with instructions on how they would like the pup to be cared for.
