“Toni swooped in at the last minute when another Sitter backed out on me! During the meet and greet, she got right down on the floor with Pucca to meet her and play with her. Pucca absolutely loves her! I could tell by the way Pucca got majorly excited and happy when Toni came back for a visit today to pick up a couple of things that were accidentally left behind. Pucca was so happy to see her that I'm convinced she was treated well and with love and affection. I was away for 8 days. Toni arrived on time and I was able to get an early visit start so that I could make it to the airport on time. When my friend's truck broke down and I thought I may be later than expected arriving home, she had no problem with it. (I was on time though). She even said she didn't mind taking Pucca to my Vet to get her Citopoint shot and glands done. (I was going to get an appointment when I got home, now I don't have to). With my permission, she took Pucca along with her to her place when she went home to do laundry. When I asked for a Video Chat here and there, I was accommodated. It is my opinion that Pucca was well loved, cared for and looked after while I was away. ***NOTE*** Upon my return, I found a typwritten "Toni's Care Notes for Pucca" stating her eating habits, walk schedule & health. Ace is reactive to other dogs but Brandy has experience with this kind of behavior, I was completely comfortable leaving him with her for neighborhood dog walks. She sent daily updates, and so many photos I felt like I was gone for two days, not a whole week! Brandy also treated our home with the utmost respect, and cleaned and remade the bed with fresh sheets before we got home late at night. I almost cried with relief!
