My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”

About: We love watching doggos! We both work from Home so we can do frequent potty breaks and walks. We have a large fenced yard to get the zoomies out and can make some scrambled eggs if your pup is a little nervous in our house to make their tummies happy. We do have a 2 year old who loves dogs and my husband or I are always within arms reach when we have dogs in the house. We’ve taught her to pet gently and to stop petting if the dog is pulling away and continue to teach her to be aware of what a dog might be telling us with their body. We have watched dogs that are more shy and playful like a border collie, to having experience with my own German Shepherd/Lab/Rottweiler mix so we are comfortable with all types and sizes of pups! We love taking them on adventures and exploring the neighborhood too! We both work from home so are home most of the day. About: We have raised many dogs and treat them as family. We have worked with puppies and senior dogs and everything in between. We are familiar with providing meds as needed as well. I work full time in Construction Management but I am currently working from home a few days a week and open weekends for ample time to spend with your pups. We also host a Sniffspot private dog park for rent out on our property that we can take walks on in between bookings and live right down from Little Mountain Park for hiking or walking along the trails. We also live conveniently located 3 miles from I-5 for quick drop off and pickup off the freeway. I am available on all days of the week for boarding depending on the dog and owner with a meet and greet as I will be at the office Monday - Wednesday from 0730-400 and the dog would be with my at my office which sits on multiple acres with walks every 2 hours. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) Drop off and pick up are as followed: Drop Offs: before 6:30am are an additional $10.00 Pick ups: after 8pm will be an additional $1.00 per minute unless prior arrangements have been made with Shawn or myself. “My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”

“We are so grateful Linda was available to take care of Calvin! We had a last-minute emergency, and we were nervous about using Rover, but after talking with Linda, she put us at ease. She was immediately responsive to our request. She was so friendly and helpful. She told us up front Calvin would be the VIP, and he was! She sent lots of pictures and videos, updates, took him on long walks, kept him entertained with plays and love and pets. She even showed him videos of border collies to entertain him. We know he had such a great time because he napped hard as soon as he got home! She was flexible and went above and beyond. We can't thank her enough for taking care of our dog kid. The only down side was we were afraid he wasn't going to want to come home because he had it so good at his new friend's house! Five huge stars!!”

We were concerned about our Seabass being too anxious at night, but they made him feel very comfortable in their home. Their dog Amy is also very friendly. Seabass got to run around and play with Amy and her kids in their big backyard. He got to see their chickens and enjoyed a bonfire on his first night with them. I appreciate all the updates Lana sent us while we were away. We would definitely have our dog stay at their place again!”
“Sheena took great care of our 4-month old puppy and 4-year old Moodle. We did a meet and greet and our nervous puppy liked her immediately. During our trip, we got pictures and updates whenever we asked for them as Sheena responded quickly. When we picked them up, we got a full report of everything they did with a wonderful update on eating, playing, pooping, etc. Sheena is very experienced and provided dog and child socialization for our puppy in a safe and structured environment. The pups came home tired, well-behaved, and very happy. As a bonus, we paid Sheena to do a little nail trimming since she is a professional groomer as well. Highly recommend Sheena and we will certainly be back!”
