“We are visiting our son in Seattle and needed someone to watch Sig during a busy day. Eric lives nearby and had space for Sig. He had a great day playing with all his new dog friends and we were very pleased with Eric’s care. Sig will be a sleepy guy tonight! We hope to use Eric again while we are here. Thank you so much”

“Maria and Kalyan along with their fantastic pup were the best hosts for my 13 week old puppy's first time spending the day with another family and meeting a new dog for some much needed doggie socialization. They sent me many videos, messages, and pictures throughout the day for updates which also greatly assisted in putting my mind at ease, as it was very important for this initial introduction for my puppy to be a positive experience. Ziggy, my puppy, had so much fun and quickly made friends with their pup who provided lots of play, engagement, and excellent role modeling of great doggie behaviors for Ziggy. Highly recommend, they are the best!”

About: Thank you for viewing my profile. Please read it in its entirety before sending a boarding request, as a lot of your questions can be answered in the text. The two questions i get the most are am I home all day with the dogs and how many dogs do you watch at one time? I am retired so except for running errands, etc, your dog(s) will be supervised at all times.I DO watch dogs from different households at the same time, having had as many as 8 Rover dogs at once If this is a concern I invite you to come down and meet us, to see how mellow and manageable it is, and how happy the dogs are to be in the company of other dogs. I never watch a dog without meeting it first so this ensures that everyone gets along and it's a good fit. My mom runs a no-kill animal shelter in Florida so I guess you could say it's in my blood. I currently have 2 dogs (the last dog i adopted was from an elderly Rover client who could no longer take care of him) but i've had as many as 4 at one time. Always small dogs, which is what I'm most comfortable with. I've adopted, loved and cared for dogs through all their stages of life, in "sickness and in health", so I'm quite aware of the quirkiness that comes with a dog that has a history. At the moment I’m not boarding puppies because my older dogs can’t handle all the high energy of the youngsters. Nothing brings me more joy than watching these little dogs come out of their shell during the stay. Their tail going from tucked, unsure, "what am I doing here", to full wag! Many owners have told me that when they get to the top of my hill their dog starts getting excited, they know they're coming to my house and they are happy about it. They march right up my steps with zero hesitation. They might not sleep with us on day one, but they almost always find their way into the bed by the time they leave. My goal is to have them feel like one of the pack, loved and secure, safe and happy. I recently retired after 40+ years in the hospitality industry so I will be home with your dog(s) day and night. There's nothing i love more than being in the company of dogs, so watching them is my passion. I will treat your dog(s) like my own. I live in the Arroyo's, a private beach neighborhood in Arbor Heights, West Seattle. I have a gate on the front door so the dogs can't run out if the door opens, though there's hardly any traffic where I live. I have a fully fenced in backyard, perfect for potty breaks and sunbathing. Your dog will never be left unattended in the yard .Inside I have dog beds throughout the house that move with the sunspot. I have cameras to watch the dogs when i'm not home (spoiler alert, they sleep), and WE HAVE AC!

About: I've had dogs my whole life and had such a love for them. I have my 14 year old diabetic dog, Java, that has taught me much, helped me grow and made me experienced with senior and special needs dogs. Through my love and patience I will provide the best care for your baby while you are away and treat them like my own. I work full time but my schedule allows me to have long 3-5 day weekends. I'm usually home with my dog Java who is on a very fixed schedule to accommodate her special needs. We have a home with A/C that will keep your pets cool in the hot months. We also have a fenced yard so your dog can safely run and play. Our yard also connects to a public park that is great for dog walks.

About: At PawsVIP, your pet’s safety is our top priority. Our experienced team is trained in animal behavior, pet CPR, and emergency care to ensure every guest is well looked after. Staff members closely monitor playtime, quickly stepping in to prevent conflicts and spot signs of stress or discomfort. Our facility features secure fencing, double-gated entries, and indoor and outdoor spaces that are carefully maintained for cleanliness and safety. Every play area and piece of equipment is thoughtfully designed with both dogs and cats in mind — so your furry family member can thrive in a secure, nurturing environment.

“We could not be more grateful for Gregg! He's taken such excellent care of our puppy. He is super responsive, flexible, and caring. Pickles gets so excited once he realizes we are headed to Gregg's house for puppy daycare! Thank you, Gregg, for being a monumental part of his early development.”

“Julia and Yoda are the BEST! I was really worried about Buster on his first day without me. And he had a blast with his new friends. Julia is so flexible with time and as long as you tell her what's going on she is happy to go with the flow!”

“Kyle has such a great personality and energy, he is a delight to chat with and is very kind. My pup is always SO pumped to see him and I know she is very well cared for. She comes home calm and content, which is the absolute best.”

About: At Growlerz, we look to help promote well-balanced dogs and a peaceful pack. All employees are well versed in canine behavior and body language, and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. Our yard has 8' fences and entries are double gated. The 7000+ square foot turfed yard is sanitized regularly. All dogs will have a required "down time" from 10-11 AM to make sure all get rest.

“My husband and I so greatly appreciated Kristina caring for our Goldendoodle. She is an exceptionally quick communicator and was flexible, reliable, and prompt with our scheduling needs. We would highly recommend Kristina (and you get the bonus of having a family who will love on your dog)! She was a delight to work with!”

“Charlie has a hard time socializing but felt comfortable enough with Elle to socialize with two other dogs. He liked her instantly. Thanks Elle, for making him feel comfortable and safe!”

“Thais treated Dublin like a family member. He came home happy and tired after his day with her. She provides great updates and asked questions helpful to adapt to his routine which is so appreciated with a puppy. Definitely recommend.”

About: Hi there, I'm Ale, Your Pet's Dedicated Partner! With a deep love for animals and years of exprience, I'm here to care for all your furry friends 🐾plus, I have a fenced yard and a big catio that I’m pretty sure your pet will love it 😉 I work in a hybrid schedule, so it’s easy for me to accommodate my routine to fit my guest’s schedule. Whether I’m working from home or going into the office, I can plan my day to ensure they get the care and attention they need The way I care for pets depends on the service I offer and whether it's in my home or the owner's home. In my home, I provide a comfortable and safe environment with plenty of love and attention, regular feeding, exercise, and playtime tailored to the pet's needs. In the client's home, I follow their specific instructions for feeding, walking, and play, ensuring their pet feels comfortable and secure in their familiar surroundings. Communication with the client is key to meet their pet's unique needs and preferences.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and can’t imagine life without them. I’ve cared for my own cat through the end of his sickness and regularly helped my neighbor’s chronically ill cat by giving her medication while they were away. I also grew up with dogs, including my family’s very attention-loving pup. I loved taking him on long walks, training him with treats, and playing with him at his favorite spot—the beach. Since my family pets are no longer here, I’ve been able to fulfill my love for animals through Rover, and I am happy to spread some of that love to your pets! I’m at home for most or all of the week, besides having to run errands here and there. Because of this, I have plenty of time and flexibility to provide the attention your pet needs. :) I will abide by the rules of your household and make sure your pet is safe and in my company always, if necessary. During walks, I will make sure they are on leash and cleaned up after! At your house, I will feed them whenever their meal times are and give them the attention they want and love. I will also always keep an eye on them to make sure they behave, and tell them "no" when necessary!

“It’s so easy to write a glowing review for Growlerz Daycare. First it’s my dog’s favorite home away from home. I drop him off and he never looks back. Most days you will also find one or both of the owners working to be sure your dog has a fun and safe experience. “I had my cat Luna stay with Alejandra and her husband for 3 weeks, and it was a huge reassurance to know she was being taken good care of. They provided constant updates and clearly put in the effort to make her feel at home. It's worth noting that Luna is extremely shy, so at first she wasn't exactly thrilled to stay at a new place. But by the time I was back, she was acting like she owned the place! They also have a catio/covered outdoor space, and a fenced backyard. So their home is a very accommodating place for any type of pet. 11/10”

Aurora C.
“Aurora has walked/pet sat for my dog Beo, she has shown an incredible level of responsibility and love towards Beo. From the moment they met, it was evident that she had a genuine connection with him. Her patience and understanding of his unique needs and preferences immediately put me at ease. It's evident that Beo looks forward to his time with Aurora, as his excitement and tail-wagging greetings when she arrives are impossible to miss. Beyond the fun and play, Aurora is also incredibly reliable and I never have to worry Beo is in her care. I wholeheartedly recommend Aurora to anyone seeking a responsible and loving pet caregiver.”
