“Michaela was great with our gentle giants. They typically are timid and bark at new people for a while after entering the home, but when she came in, they took so quickly to her and my most fearful and timid dog did not bark at her nonstop. He actually went up to her quicker than any other dog sitter previously. Michaela sent updates throughout the visit and kept me up to date. The dogs really seemed to like her which was such a blessing. Having 3 large dogs can be intimidating, but Michaela was at ease and did a wonderful job. I definitely would recommend her and will use her again in the future.”

“Angelina is very kind and advised me every time the dogs were given their meds which is my major concern. Left the house very clean and even washed the dog food bowls. I was told her she could leave at 6pm and we would be home at 10pm but she didn’t want to leave the dog along so she left around 9pm so they would not be left alone. I will rebook her”

“Our eperience with Jayna couldn't have been better! Jayna did way more than what was expected. Our baby girl (Lani) was spoiled and well taken care of. Jayna took Lani on her daily walks, snuggled her with blankets at night, sent photo updates of our pup twice a day, and left our home honestly, in better conditions than when we left it! Jayna went above an beyond by bringing in our mail, being on a look out for incoming packages, keeping our backyard grass clean, and leaving my kitchen counters spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Thanks so much!”

“Jacob was great! He took great care of Chuck for me and even did extra stuff around the house I didn't ask for. The house looked better than when I left and was very clean. I will for sure look to use Jacob again in the future!”

“Great guys, was extremely attentive with both my larger dogs and had absolutely no issues taking care of them while he house sat. Would definitely hire again! Thankss”
“Daisy was a fantastic house and pup sitter. She was super communicative, professional, and was so great with my rambunctious Australian Shepherd. On top all the great care for my pup, she left my house in great shape- clean, tidy. Will definitely hire again.”

“Stephanie did a great job house sitting for us on short notice. The dogs, the cat, and the house were all well taken care of. We got updates and photos daily and felt comfortable right from our meet and greet. We'd definitely book again!”

“Savannah is an absolute gem! She was very professional, responsive, and best of all my pup LOVED her instantly (he normally takes a while to warm up to people). Will definitely be rebooking ?”

“100% recommend Alexzandria!! From the time I started messaging her she asked all the right questions about my dogs. She was very flexible and communicated well! I got daily updates without prompt! I was worried about finding someone for 2 dogs, especially one being a puppy but this worked out perfectly!”

About: I have had 3 dogs and 3 hamsters in my life. I love playing, walking, and taking care of my dogs and making sure they get the best life possible! I have watched my dogs for days at a time while my parents were gone along with walking and feeding them. I have also helped neighbors with pet sitting and walking dogs when needed! I’m currently not employed anywhere because I want to gain more experience in fields I’m interested in. I’ve always wanted to work with animals and help in any way I can to make life better for all animals, no matter how big or small! I will make sure that I play with your pet if needed, I will feed your pet on the schedule you have set for them, and I will make sure they get walked at least every two hours unless you need a different schedule!
“Sarah was very responsive and kind and took great care of our pets and home. I’m very grateful for her communication and reliability, which gave me peace while we were away. Thank you, Sarah!”

“Matt is the absolute best!! Very sweet and kind to my 13 year old black Lab. From the meet and greet I could tell Matt was very sweet to my Lola and empathetic to my anxiety of leaving my elderly pup alone. Matt was very attentive to following the list of directions for my pups eating and med routine and was so kind to send me updates each time food, meds and potty breaks happened. Matt sent tons of pics all day. Already booking Matt for my next trip. Thank you Matt you are an angel.”

About: I've grown up with cats since I was 8 and began petsitting for people in my 1st couple years of college around 2015. I've done both dogsitting and catsitting for people and I love both animals equally! I have petsat for people with animals of all ages, with the youngest dog I have watched being about 8-10 months and the oldest being about 14 or 15. I love exploring new places and being outdoors especially since I live in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. with the best weather! I find it equally enjoyable to see a dog smile and to see him/her bring joy to their owner and to people around them. I love to see how dogs can bring people together and get people to connect who would otherwise likely never talk to each other. I genuinely enjoy helping others and caring for pets really is its own kind of therapy! I will always clean up after pets even if its raining or if the dog wants to rush off and I have to step on the leash to keep him/her from taking off. I live by the golden rule and will do what I can to hold people accountable for pets that aren't being taken care of and/or cleaned up after. I'm currently working part time at San Diego Community College district as an Educational Coach with a students who are special needs or neurodivergent student population. I work about 17-19 hours a week for that job and am typically away from the home for 5 hours a day or less on Mon-Thurs depending on the day and number of students I'm meeting with. Some administrative tasks for my school job can be done remotely. I want to do more dog-walking and housesitting because it motivates me to stay active and foster connections with animals that my current living situation doesn't allow for. I also love hearing people's pet rescue stories and funny stories because each pet has its own personality and leaves pawprints on others hearts and lives! I love spending time with pets by throwing them their favorite toy and cuddling with them on the couch or bed. I also care for them by taking them for walks or finding the perfect new toy from an old volleyball, piece of rope, or other seemingly random objects that pets decide to take a liking to. Its interesting to see what they choose and of course there are limits there of things that should not be considered due to being hazardous due to being a choking hazard, but I'm all about finding new ways for them to have fun. I will feed them as often as you need and I have also given a dog its pills disguised in peanut butter or in its kibble a few times. If your animal is only allowed in parts of the house or yard I will keep the pens up and only allow it out as directed. I will provide them water as well as with treats or dental chews as preferred. I will take dogs out to use the bathroom as often as I am able, typically once every couple hours while I'm home and once every few hours if I'm going out. Feel free to reach out via text to clarify this, especially if your pet has specific needs or needs to be taken out more frequently to use the restroom.
“Our babies loved Victoria!! She was so accommodating and made sure they were all comfortable and safe in their own ways. She provided regular, daily updates, and our pets all were in love with her by the time she left. She even tidied up the room she stayed in (which was unnecessary!!).”

“Anna was amazing, not only did she show up on time, but she sent me several check ins throughout the night. She made sure that I knew that my Furkid was happy and safe. She followed the directions I left for her to the T. Anna was extremely punctual and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of pet sitting. She was the epitome of a perfect pet sitter. I will definitely book her again ❤️”

“Kayla house sat for us to take care of our elderly pug and elderly, but spritely, cat. She was amazingly communicative and we felt our babies were in excellent hands! She had to work with meds/supplements as well as continence issues, and she had no complaints. Our home felt safe and cared for in her hands. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!”
“Amanda is an absolute gem! She took such great care of our girls, Piper and Roux. They got walks, cuddles, time outside to play, and we got photos and videos throughout the time we were away. Amanda made sure to connect with us on prep beforehand, as well as any questions while we were away. When we got home, both pups were excited to see us, but had clearly enjoyed their long weekend with Amanda! Outside of just the pet sitting, Amanda took great care of our house. We came home to find everything in its place and her used towels and linens were even stacked in the laundry room to mistake it easier for us to We would absolutely use Amanda again - she is fabulous!”

“Anna saved the day for our one night Thanksgiving trip. At our meet and greet she asked thoughtful questions. Lexi can be a bit of a nervous nellie, but Anna handled her with TLC and kept us appraised of any concerns that came up.”

Erica is great and we highly recommend her. When first booking with her we did a meet and greet and explained the special handling Max our cranky 15 yr old ankle biter required along with our two other dogs and tortoises. She went out of her way to make several more visits to get Max accustomed to her, which wasn’t easy but she didn’t give up. She sent videos and pictures daily to keep us up on how things were going. I think the dogs enjoyed their time with her and she even managed to tame the beast in cranky Max. She also left the house straighten up, dishes washed and everything in order which is nice to find when you return home from a trip. She will certainly be our pet sitter of choice moving forward.

Rachel was awesome! She was very responsive, took great care of our two Siberian Huskies while housesitting over a long weekend. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, kind, dog sitter who left the house as good as she found it. You won’t be disappointed, the whole experience was ideal. Thank you, Rachel!
