“I recently boarded my two dogs, Zuko and Dante, with Kirsten for two weeks and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, she was attentive and caring, making sure to follow their daily routine so well that when I picked them up, they slipped right back into it without any trouble. This really showed how consistent and thoughtful she was with their care. Zuko requires daily medication, and Kirsten made sure he received every dose right on time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also kept me updated with pictures throughout their stay, and it was easy to see how happy and comfortable both Zuko and Dante were with her. It’s always a little nerve-wracking leaving your pets, but Kirsten made it such a stress-free experience. I could tell my boys were in good hands the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their pets!”

“Doug and Marisol are amazing! They sent updates daily and seemed to genuinely care about Warby and made him part of the family for a week while I was out of town. He came back happy and healthy.”

“Hank spent a couple weeks with Taylor and Andrew and had a great time! It was pretty obvious from the pics and messages Taylor sent, that things went well and Hank made himself quite at home!! We will definitely be back, in fact, Hank already has his next trip reserved! Thank you Taylor and Andrew from me and Hank!!”

“Stacey and Christopher have sat for our pups off and on for several years. We always find them kind and really good with our Goldens. We especially like that they only board one dog at a time and that they are willing to work with them to keep up with their training. We had some concerns about how Kenya would settle in this time, because we had an issue with our previous sitter, but Stacey and Christopher worked with us to help Kenya acclimate and from all appearances, Kenya was a happy pup for the last 10 days.”

“She was great with our senior dog. Definitely made this first experience a pleasant one and will use this app again in the future thanks to her great service.”

“Our girls had a very nice visit with Isabella yesterday. Both thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Isabella was very good with them, and we appreciate her good efforts. Easy drop off, easy pick up. Thank you Isabella.”

“Margaret did an amazing job caring for my dog, hiro, while i was away for a few days. My Akita can be a little tricky to care for, but she read Hiro very well and easily accomodated to his needs. You can tell she really cares for her pets. Great communication, reliable, and loved the photo/video updates. Hiro came home happy and tired from playing with his new buddy Toffee 💕”

“20/10!! Savannah took amazing care of our pups!! Especially when it came to giving my one pup her eyedrops daily. She took the best photos and I could tell the pups had a great time! 100% recommend and would have our pups stay with her again!”

“I've been back to them five or six times now - it's the only place I will leave Ruby. They treat her like a guest and keep her safe, and she has a BLAST playing with their pups! There is a fenced in backyard with a pool that works as a racetrack for my galloping dog to run around and a room inside with covers on all the couches for the dogs, dog beds, toys, it's like a doggie heaven! They also send me tons of pictures throughout each day so that I am completely at ease. So happy we found them!”

“Whitney was a pleasure to work with. My furbaby was taken care of and loved during her stay! I received pictured and updates thought the day. Communication was a breeze and i will definitely use Whitney again for my boarding needs!”

“Thanks Marissa for taking care of my big dog. She’s been sending me pictures and updates frequently which makes me feel at ease when away from my dog. I especially appreciate her being very responsive and flexible when my travel plan had unexpected delay and change. I highly recommend her for dog sitting in the future.”

“This is the 2nd time Cristina looks after my two mini aussies. This time it was for a whole month. My girls really enjoyed themselves. Always happy, spoiled and I have always felt at peace leaving them at her home. She and her husband and really great and family oriented people. Thank you so much for looking so nicely after them”

“Kaitlin and Verle were lovely, organized, and prepared. I was especially appreciative of their willingness and desire to care for my dog who is undergoing chemotherapy and could have exhibited several symptoms while I was away and unable to care for her myself. Highly recommended; will request their services in the future.”

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. We have raised our girls with many pets including: chickens, bunnies, several foster and adopted dogs, and rescuing cats that would have been euthanized to live on our farm. We have 1 acre of fully fenced yard in a cozy community. We recently had to put down our sweet pit bull and are looking to opening up our homes to care for others pets at this time. We have a lot of love to give and would appreciate your consideration. I work from home so I am available all day and night excluding of course picking up kids and family activities. We have 4 daughters, 2 of which have graduated high school and in college, 1 going into high school and a 9 year old. They have all had extensive experience with many animals and been involved with agriculture in their middle and high schools. We presently have 2 cats (one of which is fully outdoor and one that comes in at night to sleep). We understand that many individuals have cats that are fully indoor and we have ample space, beds and furniture for your cat to feel comfortable. We are also BIG dog people and missing our sweet pit bull. We have a great neighborhood for taking walks, a 1 acre fully fenced yard for running and playing in. We will keep all cats indoors at all times. We will have any animals that stay with us in our home at night and have dogs go out frequently to play.
“If we could give 10 star, we would!! These two are the best!! Our little hyper dood Tucker is tuckered OUT when he gets home. He has so much fun and we feel really safe that he’s in great hands. Tucker comes home feeling happy, and when we drop him off, he doesn’t even really care to look back to say bye to us- we know he loves them!! Very professional and personable too!! Third time Tucker has seen them and we won’t bring him anywhere else! Highly recommend!!”

“Sarah and her daughter were wonderful!!!!! They kept us updated with pictures of our baby. She seemed happy and at ease in the pictures. We highly recommend Sarah and will refer people.”

“Christina was great with Punkin! As this was my first time leaving my sweet "old girl" with a sitter, I was a little apprehensive. I set up a meet & greet with Christina and in just a few minutes I could tell that Punkin was going to be well taken care of. She made herself comfy on the couch and was already getting the cuddling that she loves. Christina was great about sending pictures often of Punkin so I could see how well she was doing so I wouldn't worry. There were pictures of her playing tug-o-war with her tail wagging (it was just a blur in the picture LOL) and sleeping in her favorite "belly up" position, and out on walks. It was a great experience for both Punkin and me - I will definitely book with Christina again in the future!”
“Tyler, his family and friends treated Charlie like one of their own. He was exhausted when I brought him home from playing with the other dogs and crashed out as soon as we got home. Definitely would use Tyler again when needed.”

“Jason and family were excellent hosts to Molly. He even worked with her on crow reactivity and I’ve already noticed a big difference. I will certainly tap them for needs in the future. He even gave her a parting gift🙂”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Alpine
Tiffany did such an amazing job with my lovey, anxious dog, Remy! She accepted a last minute booking request from me and was super accommodating in scheduling a meet & greet and asking the right questions to set us all up for success. Remy loved his stay with Tiffany - right away, I can tell he was at ease. Her home is clean, quiet, and spacious. She welcomed Remy with toys/treats, followed our instructions in managing his reactivity, and provided a loving presence. Highly recommend Tiffany!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
