About: Hi, I am Khloey! Currently setting my home up to be running a dog training program. I would love to take advantage of this time to get to know the animals and owners in my surrounding and hopefully build a great list of regulars! I have owned dogs my entire life from puppies to older doggos and a wide variety of breeds and behaviors. Currently I own a great Pyrenese mix and an American staffy of my own. My dogs are very well trained and our yard has two compartments so the dogs will not interact if that is what you would like. We allow dogs in our home and provide a nice quiet space for them to relax and unwind out of the heat. I hope to see your pups soon thank you for stopping by! At the moment my life consists of going on walks with my children to get out of the house and get some exercise. I would love to transform this into something to help promote happier and healthier dogs in my area. Being home everyday makes me a great candidate to ensure your best friend is safe and sound even when you’re busy! A day in my house as a dog: released from kennel to the yard to have a morning romp around the nice fenced in yard. Having a great drink of water as I pass the auto watering station. (Depending on instructions) a morning feed and rest in the sun for roughly an hour then some interactive play and enrichment (time frame is dependent on weather conditions). Once your doggo is tired and ready to take a long nap we head inside where doggos usually lay in the open baby gate area (also compatible for large and XL dogs) or the kennel whichever they prefer. Roughly 1-2 hours later potty break and time outside durning this time is when I would bathe your puppy if requested. After a lovely bath a 15-30 min walk and enrichment. Once returned home the night time routine begins with a good romp around the yard, enrichment and then quiet time with dinner. One last potty break before bed and that’s a day as your pup in our home. Thank you for trusting me in caring for your pup!

About: I have 2 cats (6 and 4 y/o) and a 1.5 y/o mini aussie that I love dearly. I’ve spent the majority of my life around cats and Boxer pups, so I have 10+ years of pet care experience. Previously, I was a middle school teacher—since transitioning to a remote job, I have been actively providing pet sitting and care on Rover for over a year and a half across NYC & San Diego. Being a former educator has inspired my approach that is rooted in the golden rule: I care for your pets the way I want my fur babies to be treated, which is with heartfelt care, one tail at a time. Glimpses of my teacher-side still exist, especially since I have been training my mini aussie since she was 9 weeks old. I’m more than happy to informally train/reinforce prior training your pup already has. I am hoping to gain more experience in this realm as I would love to one day become a certified dog trainer 🐾 As an added bonus, I’m also Pet CPR/first-aid certified (both cats and dogs) and pet sitter insured so you can remain at ease knowing your pets are in safe hands. I WFH and my core working hours are 10-3 pm M-F, but my schedule is extremely flexible. I am also typically free on the weekends and holidays as well. I have experience with DIY dog/cat enrichment & playtime indoors, informal training, and crating (as needed or requested). I also have experience administering meds to both stubborn cats and dogs. Practicing safe hygiene with pets is also important, so ensuring your pups paws and fur are clean and their litter boxes scooped is top priority for me. I will treat your pet like I do my own babies, which is with safety, respect, and endless love and enrichment to ensure their well-being at all times!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 40 years. I enjoy dogs of all species and sizes. I can watch dogs of all ages or breeds. My schedule is open as I just retired. I can watch your pet any day of the week from 6am to 8pm but that can be negotiated if needed. I will watch your pet in your home as per your instructions. If your pets come to my house they will have a safe, comfortable environment.
