About: Growing up in a family-owned animal hospital, I developed a strong passion for animal care from an early age and gained hands-on experience working with a wide variety of species. I have personally cared for four dogs and a rabbit, giving me a deep understanding of daily pet care, responsibility, and animal behavior. In addition to personal experience, I worked as a Veterinary Assistant at an animal hospital and shelter throughout my senior year of high school and during my freshman and sophomore years of college. In this role, I assisted with patient care, monitored animals, maintained clean and safe environments, and supported veterinarians and staff with daily operations. I also volunteer at a horse ranch during my free time, where I assist with animal care and ranch responsibilities. My background has allowed me to become comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments while developing strong compassion, communication, and caregiving skills. currently work from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of time to animal care and attention throughout the day. Pet care is naturally built into my daily routine, and I enjoy maintaining a structured schedule to ensure animals receive consistent care, exercise, and companionship. I have four personal dogs and regularly spend time finding new walking trails, parks, and outdoor areas to take my pack on adventures and exercise outings. Staying active with my dogs is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for pets, whether in my own home or in a client’s home. Growing up in a family-owned animal hospital and working as a Veterinary Assistant taught me how to properly handle animals, recognize behavioral changes, and maintain clean, safe, and stress-free environments for pets of all sizes and temperaments. I am very organized and dependable, so I like to keep pets on their normal routines as much as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. I also make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and am able to provide consistent supervision, companionship, and care. I have four dogs of my own, so I understand the importance of patience, safety, and treating every animal like family. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks and exploring new trails and outdoor spaces to keep them active and engaged. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space, carefully follow all instructions, and prioritize communication by providing updates and photos so owners feel comfortable and informed while they are away.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs and my friends dogs for years. I also have a cat which I have taken care of my whole life. I have experience of house/dog sitting for friends and family. I am currently a vet student with over 5 years of experience working in a general practice and emergency veterinary medicine. I am available most of the summer to help in whatever way is needed. I can walk, feed, let outside, and play with your pet. I am able to accommodate any of your pets needs. I can walk your fur baby on a leash or simply just let outside. Additionally, I have experience with giving medicine to dogs and cats. Any medical or other needs that your pet may require I can provide.

About: I’m a biology Ph.D. student with a strong background in animal behavior, so pet care is something I take seriously beyond just “I like animals.” I’ve worked with and studied animal behavior across different species, including birds, fish, reptiles, ferrets, cats, dogs, and other small animals. Because of that, I’m comfortable reading body language, stress signals, fear responses, curiosity, overexcitement, and the difference between an animal needing attention versus needing space. What sets me apart is that I do not treat every pet the same. A nervous cat, an energetic dog, a shy lizard, a curious ferret, and a bird that is easily startled all need different handling. I pay close attention to each animal’s normal routine, personality, and comfort level. I move calmly, avoid forcing interaction, and try to earn trust instead of assuming it. I’ve had my own pets and grew up around family pets, especially cats, and I’m also comfortable with less “typical” animals like ferrets, birds, reptiles, and small mammals. I know that some pets are easy right away, while others take time, patience, and consistency. I actually enjoy working with the ones that need a little extra understanding. I’m careful with the basics: food, fresh water, litter boxes, walks, enclosures, doors, gates, leashes, temperature needs, and owner instructions. I’m also very comfortable giving updates, noticing behavior changes, and communicating if something seems off. My goal is to keep your pet safe, calm, and cared for in a way that matches their normal life as much as possible. My schedule is flexible, especially with advance notice. As a student, I’m used to balancing responsibilities and planning ahead, so pet care fits well into my routine. For drop-in visits, walks, or sitting, I like to know the pet’s normal schedule so I can keep things as familiar as possible. I’m happy to work around feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication instructions if clearly explained, and any specific routine your pet is used to. Safety is the main thing I focus on. I’m careful with doors, gates, crates, leashes, food instructions, and anything a pet could get into while their owner is away. I do not assume every animal wants the same type of attention, so I move calmly and let them warm up at their own pace. In a client’s home, I follow instructions closely and try to leave things exactly how I found them. I’m respectful of the home, the pet’s routine, and any boundaries the owner sets. If something seems off, like a pet not eating, acting unusually stressed, or having an accident, I would rather communicate than ignore it.

About: With 10 years of diverse experience, I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, and exotic pets. I’m very patient, reliable, and studying veterinary science for added expertise. Pet care is a natural part of my routine. I balance it with school, while working part time, making time daily to give pets the attention and love they need. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, fenced backyard and a loving family that adores them. In clients’ homes, I follow routines and provide attentive care.

About: I have been caring for pets my whole life. I've cared for all pets from dogs to reptiles. I have had many puppies and a few senior dogs as well. I am very knowledgeable about dog care. I have been a dog sitter several times for friends and family. My family consists of a dog, a cat, a leopard gecko, and two sweet guinea pigs! I have experience with all kinds of animals, including small animals and reptiles! I am a volunteer with Auburn University's Natural History Museum and handle and care for multiple different species of animals. I am a full-time college student studying wildlife ecology. Most of my classes are online, so my schedule is open most of the time! In my own home, I treat all my animals like they are my biological children (which they are). They are extremely spoiled, and I love them dearly. I would definitely extend this love towards a client's pet because I love animals, no matter the size or species!

About: I’ve been taking care and looking after dogs as long as I can remember! I’ve had friends and family rely on me to care for their fur babies! I always make sure they are comfortable and well entertained to the point they enjoy their experience! Every fur baby is cared with intention. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty availability for the pups!! I’m available for boarding during the weekend and weekdays! I currently live in an apartment! All pets will need a crate! I also have a lovely fur baby to keep company with your fur baby!!

I am an early riser and love to go on walks so your furry friend will get great exercise!! I like schedules and routines, and my house is always very clean! About: I’ve owned and cared for four dogs throughout my life. I’ve also been trusted to care for several friends pets while they’re out of town. I love any excuse to hangout with dogs! I am currently a student and part time worker so my schedule is spotty at times but any time I can help I would love too! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I love having a furry friend to accompany me on walks. I am used to taking dogs out regularly since I personally do not have a fenced in yard so poop bags and leashes are not an issue for me!

About: I recently graduated from Auburn with a degree in Animal Sciences: Pre-Vet. I’ve grown up with dogs, horses, and cats since I was 5. I’ve also had rodents and friends with reptiles that I have taken care of. I’m patient, friendly, and can work on training basic commands. I’m fine with administering oral medication or shots. Since I do have my own pets, I can't house-sit, but if you'd like me to check on your residence while you're gone I'd be happy to! I currently work full-time, but I come home during lunch to let my dogs out and visit with them. The longest they're left at home is about 4-5 hours. I love taking them everywhere with me as long as its not too hot, cold, or bad weather. I have a fenced in backyard to play in and I live close to Kiesel Park if your dog needs some extra room to run and play. I crate my dogs when I leave and would either crate your dog(s) or close them in a room while I'm gone. My pets get fed 2x a day, have a bin full of toys, and a full water bowl at all times. I let my dogs sleep on my bed with me and I let them on the couch, but if you don't want your dog to learn that behavior then I won't let them.

I’m a great and passionate person who loves animals so much I am currently in college to become a veterinarian! I will love your sweet fur baby as if she/he were my own!
