About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 8 years old and truly love making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including managing complex feeding schedules and multi-pet households. I’m especially comfortable with senior pet care. My own dog who passed in July 2026 was quite elderly, so I have hands-on experience administering oral medications, injections, and fluids, as well as providing the extra patience and attention older pets need. I also understand the importance of respecting your home and keeping things clean and consistent with your normal routine while house sitting. With my hybrid work schedule, I have the flexibility to stop in during the workday for potty breaks, walks, medications, check-ins, and extra cuddles. I’d love to provide your pets with comfort, attention, and dependable care while you’re away! I have a hybrid work schedule, so I am able to be home to ensure your pet is being taken care of throughout the day. I’m happy to walk and watch pets in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings in addition to spending time with your companion throughout the weekend! I am also more than happy to do meet and greets to make sure my schedule fits your expectations with the care you are looking for. Happy to help crate train your pup and make sure they’re comfortable and secure. My own dog got spooked easily during thunderstorms as well as when people she was unfamiliar with came in, so I always am careful to make sure likeminded pets are secure and safe as possible. I like to greet shy pets first with a little treat, slow movements, and a gentle voice so they can grow to trust and depend on me.

About: I am a freshman majoring in Pre-Vet so I am very familiar with animals especially dogs. I grew up with dogs, have a dog of my own at home, sitting, walking, training, puppies, etc. I am currently a freshman student at Auburn but my school schedule is very flexible and I have many gaps throughout my days. My busiest day this semester is Wednesday. I always treat the house like it’s my own. I am a very clean, responsible, trustworthy person who cares about how my home feels, looks, and making sure it is comfortable for everyone. I prefer pets staying in my house.

About: I have been caring for pets my whole life. I've cared for all pets from dogs to reptiles. I have had many puppies and a few senior dogs as well. I am very knowledgeable about dog care. I have been a dog sitter several times for friends and family. My family consists of a dog, a cat, a leopard gecko, and two sweet guinea pigs! I have experience with all kinds of animals, including small animals and reptiles! I am a volunteer with Auburn University's Natural History Museum and handle and care for multiple different species of animals. I am a full-time college student studying wildlife ecology. Most of my classes are online, so my schedule is open most of the time! In my own home, I treat all my animals like they are my biological children (which they are). They are extremely spoiled, and I love them dearly. I would definitely extend this love towards a client's pet because I love animals, no matter the size or species!

About: I grew up training puppy’s and always having a dog/cat in the home. I am a loving dog sitter and will give your dog the care they need! I am an early riser and love to go on walks so your furry friend will get great exercise!! I like schedules and routines, and my house is always very clean! I do not have any animals so there is no issue worrying if they will get along! I live in a very spacious apartment and absolutely love to go on walks!

About: I have taken care of my own dogs and my friends dogs for years. I also have a cat which I have taken care of my whole life. I have experience of house/dog sitting for friends and family. I am currently a vet student with over 5 years of experience working in a general practice and emergency veterinary medicine. I am available most of the summer to help in whatever way is needed. About: I’m a biology Ph.D. student with a strong background in animal behavior, so pet care is something I take seriously beyond just “I like animals.” I’ve worked with and studied animal behavior across different species, including birds, fish, reptiles, ferrets, cats, dogs, and other small animals. Because of that, I’m comfortable reading body language, stress signals, fear responses, curiosity, overexcitement, and the difference between an animal needing attention versus needing space. What sets me apart is that I do not treat every pet the same. A nervous cat, an energetic dog, a shy lizard, a curious ferret, and a bird that is easily startled all need different handling. I pay close attention to each animal’s normal routine, personality, and comfort level. I move calmly, avoid forcing interaction, and try to earn trust instead of assuming it. I’ve had my own pets and grew up around family pets, especially cats, and I’m also comfortable with less “typical” animals like ferrets, birds, reptiles, and small mammals. I know that some pets are easy right away, while others take time, patience, and consistency. I actually enjoy working with the ones that need a little extra understanding. I’m careful with the basics: food, fresh water, litter boxes, walks, enclosures, doors, gates, leashes, temperature needs, and owner instructions. I’m also very comfortable giving updates, noticing behavior changes, and communicating if something seems off. My goal is to keep your pet safe, calm, and cared for in a way that matches their normal life as much as possible. My schedule is flexible, especially with advance notice. As a student, I’m used to balancing responsibilities and planning ahead, so pet care fits well into my routine. For drop-in visits, walks, or sitting, I like to know the pet’s normal schedule so I can keep things as familiar as possible. I’m happy to work around feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication instructions if clearly explained, and any specific routine your pet is used to. Safety is the main thing I focus on. I’m careful with doors, gates, crates, leashes, food instructions, and anything a pet could get into while their owner is away. I do not assume every animal wants the same type of attention, so I move calmly and let them warm up at their own pace. In a client’s home, I follow instructions closely and try to leave things exactly how I found them. I’m respectful of the home, the pet’s routine, and any boundaries the owner sets. If something seems off, like a pet not eating, acting unusually stressed, or having an accident, I would rather communicate than ignore it.

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals all my life; cattle, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, and many more. I have experience in small dogs and large, specifically dachshunds and Siberian huskies/Malamutes, as I’ve grown up with those breeds since I was a toddler! My home is very assessable to those prone to IVDD as I currently have my Mini-Dachshund living with me. I know how to administer limited medications, pills and solution/liquid medications. I am also able to provide nail trimmings for dogs only, no additional charge; I can provide my own clean dremel/nail clippers. I’m also a very patient person, so new pets won’t be a problem. I have experience with dogs who experience anxiety/are skittish. And I am experienced with elderly pets! I’m currently working part-time as a pharmacy technician (1-3 days a week) and I am in school full-time. I am able to make time after and between classes to fit all the love and attention into the needs of pets. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, I’m happy to carry the smaller pets up stairs if they have trouble with stairs! I don’t necessarily have a fenced in yard, but we do have a fenced in area specifically for dogs, most people in the complex don’t use! I enjoy taking the dogs on walks either around campus or shorter walks around the complex/home, I’m very active if your pet needs mental stimulation I am perfect for that; if your pet is more of a calm and lazy animal I can also provide for them as well! I’ve been know to be a very organized person, so if your pet is on a specific schedule I can usually adapt to that schedule very quickly and efficiently whether that’s feeding, walking or medications.

About: Hi! My name is Carli! I am a student at Auburn University, and I cannot wait to take care of your pets! I have been pet sitting for about 8 years now, and I absolutely love it! I have always been a HUGE pet lover since I was young. This is also due to the fact that I have never had less than 3 dogs and one cat in my household at all times; so it is safe to say I understand the responsibilities of taking care of animals! I do think I am a great fit for the job, and I cannot wait to give your pets all of the love and attention they deserve! I currently have a part-time job during the afternoon on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-7. My only full class days are Tuesday and Thursdays, but I am done by 4:00. About: I’ve been taking care and looking after dogs as long as I can remember! I’ve had friends and family rely on me to care for their fur babies! I’m involved in a few other organizations on campus, which occasionally require me to attend meetings or events, but these are not every day and are usually scheduled in advance. Outside of these commitments, I have a flexible schedule and am able to dedicate plenty of time to caring for and spending time with your pets! When walking your dog, their safety will always be my top priority. I will stay attentive and aware of my surroundings at all times, keep dogs securely leashed, and make sure they are comfortable throughout the entire walk. About: I have owned a variety of pets throughout my life. I have also fostered 10 dogs of all ages and helped find them forever homes. This past year, I worked as an animal placement specialist at my local shelter and placed hundreds of dogs and cats into their forever homes. About: I have always loved animals. I started walking my neighbors dog when I was 15. I have dog sat for many ranging from family, friends, neighbors, and mutuals. I am a recent Auburn grad and do not currently have a full time job. Not many jobs offer me a flexible schedule like this does and I am trying to save money and keep my self busy post-grad. I am always available unless otherwise noted on my calendar. I do not have a dog in Auburn, only when I travel to Foley to stay with family is there a dog in the house. I will abide by the owners preferences but I don’t promise I won’t fall in love with your dog. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs and will take care of them as they are my own.
