About: I have taken care of puppies, I have trained my own dog tricks and would love to be able to help with others dog owners if needed. I work 4 days a week, off on Fridays and come home for lunch for my dog. I walk my dog all the time. And love to going to the park. I live in an apartment, constantly taking my dog to the park all the time. My dog is allowed to be on the furniture as much as she wants and gets lots of treats.

For the last 3 years I have been an Emergency and critical Care Veterinary assistant overnight in a veterinary emergency hospital. I am directly responsible for patient care of critically sick or injured or post-op pets. I am very comfortable caring for chronic conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, etc and will seek care if needed. I am comfortable with cats, dogs and a variety of other pets such as reptiles or birds, I have had them all as patients in the CCW. If your pets are under my care they are treated the same as my pets, whether I am dropping in for visits or they are staying at my house! I currently am in school during the week, I am able to go home for lunch if needed so most pets would not be left alone for longer than 4-5 hours, if not less. Weeknights and weekends I am generally home or in the area so they would not be left alone long on those days either In my home, I have a separate room for pets to stay so that they can be separated from my other pets if needed . I have a fenced in yard and my neighborhood is entirely walkable. If I am doing drop in visits, I will ensure your pets are happy and safe on each visit and give them some attention (if they want it ! )

About: I’ve always loved animals and originally wanted to become a veterinarian growing up. Now, as a pre-nursing student at AU, I still love having the opportunity to care for others — especially animals. I grew up with a childhood dog that I was completely inseparable from. Even when I was little, I helped feed her, walk her, play with her, and even helped with training. Those experiences are a huge part of why I love pet care so much today. My family now has two dogs that we got while I was in high school, and I love visiting them every chance I get. I’m definitely the type of person who immediately gravitates toward the dog at any social gathering. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking for friends, family, and neighbors since I was around 10 years old, and even more frequently once I started driving at 16. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that means going on runs with high-energy dogs or taking slower walks and giving extra comfort and attention to more relaxed pets. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and so loved while their owners are away. I also worked on a ranch last summer where I cared for dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, chickens, and ducks, which gave me even more hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and personalities. Although I didn’t grow up with cats, I’ve done plenty of cat sitting over the years and absolutely love them as well. I know every cat is different, and I’m always patient and attentive to their routines and comfort level. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I work a 9–5 job during the week, but I have an hour lunch break that gives me flexibility for walks, check-ins, or midday care. I live in a two-level apartment/townhouse with plenty of space for pets to be comfortable and move around. There’s grass right outside for easy bathroom breaks and walks, plus a balcony and a dog park within my apartment complex for extra exercise and playtime. I keep a clean, safe, and calm environment and always make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and sticking to their normal routines as much as possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both the home and the pet’s routine. About: Now that I am attending vet school at Auburn I love any chance to interact with animals and get even more experience outside of school. About: I recently graduated from Auburn with a degree in Animal Sciences: Pre-Vet. I’ve grown up with dogs, horses, and cats since I was 5. I’ve also had rodents and friends with reptiles that I have taken care of. I’m patient, friendly, and can work on training basic commands. I’m fine with administering oral medication or shots. Since I do have my own pets, I can't house-sit, but if you'd like me to check on your residence while you're gone I'd be happy to! I currently work full-time, but I come home during lunch to let my dogs out and visit with them. The longest they're left at home is about 4-5 hours. I love taking them everywhere with me as long as its not too hot, cold, or bad weather. I have a fenced in backyard to play in and I live close to Kiesel Park if your dog needs some extra room to run and play. I crate my dogs when I leave and would either crate your dog(s) or close them in a room while I'm gone. My pets get fed 2x a day, have a bin full of toys, and a full water bowl at all times. I let my dogs sleep on my bed with me and I let them on the couch, but if you don't want your dog to learn that behavior then I won't let them.

About: I’ve had a variety of animals growing up. There was never a time in my household where i did not have a pet. I am great with animals, they seem to love me as much as I do them! I attend Auburn university. I usually have 1-3 classes a day, but I am done by 12pm. I am available between 12-6! What better way to spend my free time! I have a strong love for animals.
