About: I’ve been a “dog person” (personally & now professionally) all my life, and have experience with big and small pups of all breeds, ages, and energy levels. I work at the vet school and have lots of home/yard space, time, and a social dog of my own that would happily welcome your fur baby! On weekdays, I either wfh or go into the office just 5mins away, so I’m always able to come home midday for potty breaks. I’m an active dog mom & love to walk around the neighborhood or nearby trails, but also have a large private fenced yard and a million toys if your dog prefers to get exercise that way. I also love & welcome the couch potatoes - all furniture is open for lounging and cuddles. I have been fostering & training dogs for the last 15 years and have basic medical training - so if your pup has any special considerations just reach out to discuss! My life pretty much revolves around my own dog, with a regular feeding/potty/play/lounging schedule, so guests would fit right into that routine. My schedule is very flexible & pups are never left alone for more than a few hours at a time. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to zoom and sniff around. I have a ~2yr old mixed breed dog (Mac) who is extremely social and loves making people/dog friends. He is playful, but often goes to dog parks and seems to adapt to whatever energy level the other dogs are, so he’s adaptable & loves chill time just the same.

Brian is easy to communicate with and responsive and very flexible. I was going out of town for work and needed a place for my dog and wasn't sure how long I'd be gone. About: I have had my beagle for almost 6 years and one of my favorite things to do is take her to cute parks I find. If you know anything about beagles, you know they are very curious dogs who arent that great at walks - so I am experienced in taking care of slightly difficult dogs and love them regardless!! I am currently a biomedical sciences student at Auburn university. With my current schedule, I am in class until 1:00 on Mon/Wed and from 12:30-4:00 Tues/Thurs. Fridays I am unavailable until 5:00pm. I have a fenced in yard and an open courtyard nearby. My family dog has a lot of energy, so I am used to playing lots of games to get some of that energy out!

For the last 3 years I have been an Emergency and critical Care Veterinary assistant overnight in a veterinary emergency hospital. I am directly responsible for patient care of critically sick or injured or post-op pets. I am very comfortable caring for chronic conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, etc and will seek care if needed. I am comfortable with cats, dogs and a variety of other pets such as reptiles or birds, I have had them all as patients in the CCW. If your pets are under my care they are treated the same as my pets, whether I am dropping in for visits or they are staying at my house! I currently am in school during the week, I am able to go home for lunch if needed so most pets would not be left alone for longer than 4-5 hours, if not less. Weeknights and weekends I am generally home or in the area so they would not be left alone long on those days either In my home, I have a separate room for pets to stay so that they can be separated from my other pets if needed . I have a fenced in yard and my neighborhood is entirely walkable. If I am doing drop in visits, I will ensure your pets are happy and safe on each visit and give them some attention (if they want it ! )

About: I have grown up with pets, I got my own dog when I was 12. I walked, bathed her, and fed her. After school I would walk many neighborhood dogs. I love all animals. We had a cat that got fixed and she ate out her stitches completely and the wound opened up. I calmly held her, packed the wound, and wrapped her up. I held her all the way to the vet. I’ve always loved animals and will take care of yours just as I would my own. Since I have a dog I care for her everyday. I have a job currently at a restaurant so my schedule varies every week, I usually work morning shifts until around 5 pm, but my schedule is different most weeks. I take my dog out right when I wake up and right when I get home, I will also feed her right when I get home. I have a little front yard but the neighborhood I am in is a good place to walk dogs. I have a little dog of my own and I make sure to keep my house clean and anything that could harm her is up and out of the way. In another clients home I would make sure to keep the area just as I found it and take the dog wherever the owner usually would walk there’s or if they have any other requests I would be willing to do them.

I work at the vet school and have lots of home/yard space, time, and a social dog of my own that would happily welcome your fur baby!
