She sent lots of pictures and was able to navigate the security system at our complex without any issues. About: I have taken care of animals all my life! I’ve always had some sort of pet growing up. From dogs, lizards, turtles, fish, hamsters & to even guinea pigs. I always have had a passion and love for animals and will do whatever I can to love them and make sure they’re properly cared for. Majority of this July I’m completely free as I’m home for part of the summer from College. I’m very flexible and easy to work with. About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was in high school! I had three dogs growing up, always had roommates with dogs and I just watched a friends dog for over a year while he looked for a place that allowed dogs. We have a large fenced yard with LOTS of room to run around and play. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I’m home to let dogs out as needed and allow them to not be crated all day! I’m home with my baby 6 days a week so I’m able to let your dog out as often as they need and we can go on walks as often as needed as well. I have a fenced in yard and a small relaxed dog here that loves to snuggle. We allow the dogs on our couch and when they aren’t resting we have an expansive, grass filled yard for the dogs to play. Dogs can either sleep in a crate or on a dog bed in our room with us. We also have a sunny back deck that our dog loves to sun bathe on!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats through the years since I was 3years old. I work 3 days a week in Sugar Hill ga. I’m free on the weekends and off any two days during the weekday. I’m a homebody and a hiker if your dog needs some activity:) if something is damaged or if I notice weird activity with a pet, I will communicate it to the owner. TJ was great with my two fur babies - we have 2 younger cats, 1 is disabled. She came to our home beforehand to see everything and get to know the cats. She was also very professional before we even met her in person and was willing to answer all of my questions/provide references. For the pet sitting, she was always on time, stayed the full time (usually a few minutes longer!) and let me know when my disabled cat received medication so I didn't have to stress when we were out of town. She followed all instructions and was thorough with her own questionnaire, and made sure to understand completely what was needed. She was also willing to assist with our disabled cat's special needs (sometimes he has accidents, and she was willing to help him if needed). He's also scared of unknown people, and can be a grouch, but TJ knew how to give him his space and still get everything done. We are incredibly appreciative of her help, thank you TJ for being a great sitter!!
We’re happy to have Nicole return for the second time this weekend! She is extremely punctual, trustworthy, and communicative. We received a ton of great photos and we enjoyed looking at all of them! She would update or question if something felt abnormal with the animals to ensure nothing was wrong which was appreciated! Chiamaka did a great job with taking care of Challa! During our meet and greet, she did not actually get a chance to meet him as my cat can be scared of strangers at first but looks like Challa started to warm up to her nicely! I especially appreciate her flexibility to add on additional visits last minute. When I came back, the cat area was clean and litter box in good shape so she did exactly what I requested. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
