I can not rave enough about the care that this beautiful family gave my sweet girl. I had to travel to Orlando for a family trip and did not want to be too far from my sweet girl, just because she is getting older. They loved on her. Let her explore, paid attention to her wants and needs. She was not locked up in a cage all day, it was as if for the day, she was there dog. They sent me texts and photos all day to keep me posted on how she was doing, and when I picked her up.,, she was a very happy girl. Had to give the kids final hugs goodbye and was happy and content the whole drive home to TN because of them. Great experience and thank you so much for caring for my Encore.”

Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”
