When a medical issue came up with my dog shortly before the stay, Regina was understanding and helped administer medications during the stay. She even sent my pup home with a new toy! “Wade is the best! Vash is a senior dog, and he had a recent health issue after we booked but prior to his visit. Wade stayed with the booking and took care of Vash just as we would have! He would even help keep Vash cool in the heat with ice packs! Highly recommending Wade for you pup :)”

They had great communication, sent lots of photos, took her on lots of walks, and were super accommodating when my travel plans changed unexpectedly. “It is our second time book with Andres and this time is a 6 night stay. It is really impressive how Andres taking great care of our 9 months old golden retriever puppy. Dante (Andres’ pup) and her had such a great time together and Dough definitely miss her friend! Andres took her for many walks, went to dog parks to meet new friends, even went to pub together! There is also very frequent (and hilarious) video/photo updates that make our trip stress-free. I could see him loving our pup from the bottom of the heart and will definitely choose Andres and Dante again!”
