“Caitlin came to look after or our dog for the second time today, and we are delighted with the care that she has given. Since booking Caitlin, Bonnie, our dog, has sustained a very serious cut to her paw, The resulting bandages have caused sore spots on her leg so that she needs to wear a cone. Caitlin has dealt with totally caring for Bonnies needs, having removed the cone for a walk and replacing it. We came home to a very happy dog. We would strongly recommend Caitlin to any dog owner needing drop in or any other kind of care.”

“Ellie dropped in to look after our cat Leaf and did an amazing job. Before the first visit she popped in to meet Leaf who took to her instantly. Leaf was well fed, played with, and had her litter cleaned up. We received regular updates with photos of the two playing and having a great time. Ellie dropped the keys back in the letterbox after the final day, and always made sure to leave the place tidy and secured. Leaf was her usual self when we came back, which is always a great sign :) Thanks for the great work Ellie! :)”

“Grace is extremely responsible pet care giver, she has always had a keen interest in animals and has helped out at various different animal shelters including Shy Lowen and Freshfield animal sanctuary, along with providing care for pets we have at home. We have had a German Shepherd and currently have a Minature Pincher. Grace would rather be sat with dogs or cats than humans and this is what she does whenever there are animals around she just has a good nature and gives off a good loving energy to them, I think she would thrive in being able to help people out in looking after their animals.”

About: Hi, I’m Francesca! I’m currently a fourth year vet student at the Royal Veterinary College. I am happiest when spending time with animals, and I would love to provide pet care services for your dog/cat! I have been looking after pets for almost 2 years alongside my studies, and I have absolutely loved getting to know the personality of each and every dog I have cared for. As a pet owner myself, I understand that it can be daunting leaving your pet with someone else, which is why I aim to make the process as stress free as possible: I provide a (free) initial meet and greet, as well as regular updates with pictures as often as you would like! I have experience caring for my own dog, Daisy, a Springer Spaniel cross, who has plenty of energy and needs lots of stimulation. She has recently lost her vision almost entirely, and so I welcome any dogs with visual impairments as I feel confident in being able to manage this. I have experience with energetic dogs who require lots of play and interaction, as well as more laid back dogs who may require a slower pace. Just let me know what your dog needs and I will adapt my services to suit them. My goal is always to prioritise the individual needs of your pet to keep them happy and safe! I also have experience in owning cats, and I have previously been a volunteer at Freshfields Animal rescue (back at home in Liverpool) in the cattery, so I am used to following different dietary requirements and also administering medicine in food. I would love to help look after your pet, and love them as if they were my own! Please don’t hesitate to message me if you have any questions or requests, thanks for reading! I am a full time student and so my availability varies week by week! I am able to be quite flexible with my timetable so don’t hesitate to message with your required date and I’ll let you know if I’m available :) I will follow any instructions given by the owner, such as keeping dogs on leads at all times, or keeping them out of certain rooms in the house. Can also do small household tasks when house sitting if required, such as watering plants, taking in mail etc.

“Jasmine is a lovely lady, she comes to my house and picks up my two XL bully’s 4 days a week, takes them on a big walk she sends me photos throughout the walk which are amazing quality. She also follows all the correct government guidelines put in place now for my dogs. They have came on miles from starting their walks with Jasmine couldn’t thank her enough, always having the time when I can’t, they love her and I’m extremely grateful to have the walks in place for my dogs.”

“Stephanie often walks the family dog, Bowie. She loves him like no other and plays with him like no other! He loves to lay on her lap, and she always ensures he uses the bathroom when he’s taken for a walk. Steph also washes Bowie occasionally and even de-flea’d him for me. She adores both dogs and cats as she also feeds the stray cats on our road.”

“Kayleigh was very accommodating in accepting my request last minute for my sheepadoodle Bilbo. Another sitter had let me down and Kayleigh was happy to be to the rescue. She asked me if Bilbo had an allergies and wanted to know his routine so that she could stick to it for him. Dropped him off with her and instantly felt at ease as did Bilbo, she had a very kind nature and a genuine love of animals. On my return Bilbo was being pampered by Kayleigh’s partner Raj on their sofa 🤣 he was enjoying it so much he literally didn’t want to leave! I would recommend her highly as a walker and a sitter! “Absolutely superb service. Only the second time i have used a dog sitter, previously i have always preferred kennels. my previous dog sitter was ok, but when i went to collect my dog from Sofia (this current sitter), he seemed to want to stay with Sofia rather than come home with me, looks like he really enjoyed himself. i don't think i will ever go back to using kennels again. Since Sofia already owns her own dog she knows exactly how to treat other dogs. Highly recommend her.”
