From the moment Emma arrived, our cat, Athena, got on with her, she sent us pictures and updates, daily, to help us feel at ease and know Athena was comfortable, happy, and looked after well. Athena is a nervous cat so we were concerned but needn't have been with Emma. She is warm and kind and helped Athena to settle in her company. We were able to relax and enjoy our time away, knowing Athena was being cared for in her own home. When we came home, Athena looked content, our home was clean and we just felt so grateful to Emma. “Emanuela stepped in at pretty short notice to do daily drop-ins when we were left without our usual cat care for a week’s holiday abroad. I was quite nervous about leaving our cat and home In the care of someone we had only met 36 hours previously, but at the meet and greet Ema allayed all my fears. She was super professional, trustworthy, warm and friendly and obviously loves and understands cats! She instinctively gave our ‘very shy with strangers’ cat space and time to feel comfortable. She took great care of Violet, keeping us updated with daily messages and pictures so we could enjoy our holiday knowing she was in good hands . Our home was left tidy and she had kindly taken our rubbish and recycling out before we returned! (thank you Ema!) I offer home visits ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, providing medication administration, meal and water duties, litter tray and bowl cleaning, and unlimited playtime with lots of love and affection. As a multi-pet owner myself, I understand the importance of catering to each pet's unique needs and preferences. Please note that I do not offer cat boarding services due to their strong territorial nature. I prioritize communication and professionalism and am happy to have phone or video calls to build a relationship and gain a better understanding of your pet's needs. I am available for visits anytime between 6am and 9pm, and I will send pictures and videos during my visits to keep you updated. I am excited to meet your beautiful pets and their loving owners.
