“Tommy and Milly bonded very quickly. Milly might be an easy going great pooch, but Tommy is the Gold or Platinum of dog sitters. We were away for a week and Tommy provided daily updates with video and photos. Milly clearly had the very best of care. Communication with Tommy was first class and his way with our dog was excellent. He is our first choice every time we need a sitter, but because he is so good he’s in great demand. We can’t recommend Tommy more highly.”

About: I love dogs and have had dogs my whole life. I have my own miniature dachshund who is now 2 and couldn’t imagine my life without him, dogs really do make a family! for the past year I have been a professional dog walker based in Edinburgh. Taking care of up to 7 dogs at a time, and it’s the best career change I have ever made…even in the pouring rain. Due to my walks being nearly fully booked every day during the week I would only be able to board 1 dog at a time during the week at weekends I would be able to take 2 dogs I work full time as a dog walker in Edinburgh but I am off every weekend and during the week I’m home by 3.30. If you required sitting during the week then your fur baby would come to work with me which would include 2 1hr walks within a pack, this can be on lead or off lead depending on your dogs recall and they would have to get on well with other dogs in order to come out with the pack. I have a large enclosed back garden which is easily accessible from the house so your dog would have free access to it for comfort breaks and play. Dogs can be crated if required and will be allowed on the sofa but must be able to sleep alone as no dogs will be allowed on beds, my own dog sleeps in a crate at night however as long as yours is happy to sleep in their own bed/crate then they will be allowed in bedroom but just not on bed

“Our dog is not a fan of cities or busy streets and this is the perfect rural spot for him. He got lots of cuddles and walks with Nicola and her family and came home a happy dog!!!”

“Hello, Karen has cared for my two cats on many occasions. She is a caring and thoughtful pet sitter. My cats were very happy with Karen. She fed and cared for them very well. There was never a problem with her care. My cats are a bit finicky but responded really well to Karen´s presence. I would highly recommend Karen as an excellent pet sitter.”

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John and we will be using his services again.”

“When we left our four month old puppy, Tweed with Derek it was the first time we had left him. So, inevitably we were worried as to how he (and we) would cope. But Derek welcomed us and Tweed and any worries we had soon ebbed away. Frequent updates with videos and pictures told us that Tweed was having a great day and being well looked after. We were able to relax and enjoy our day too. We don’t even think he missed us (not even a little bit Tweed?). Many grateful thanks to Derek and his wife from us and Tweed. We will be booking again.”

She made the effort to meet with Parker on several occasion before his sleep over to ensure he was comfortable with her. Kathy sent regular updates and pictures, and I felt really confident that Murphy was being properly looked after and that he looked happy. Murphy had a great time, and would probably have stayed put if he had the choice! He sat staring at our front door after he was dropped off!
