“Ashley was awesome!!! My family and I were headed out of town for the weekend and Ashley graciously agreed to watch our 8+ year old german shephard. Ashley was wonderful and sent us pictures and information about how our dog was doing. Unfortunatley because of logistics I was a bit late for drop off, and because of insane traffic coming back from Santa Barbara I was late for pick up - despite that - Ashley was wonderful - She deserves better customers.”

“Samuel is a caring, conscientious, loving person who has a true feeling for dogs. He is an excellent communicator by text and phone and sends photos and videos of my little guy happily walking, playing, and sleeping. My 20-pounder connected with Samuel’s own sweet little guy. Bagheera looks forward to more visits with Samuel!”

This was our first time using Rover and boarding our rescue, who is sensitive, anxious, and can be reactive towards other dogs during walks and meeting new people. They were great in providing daily updates on how our dog was doing, and the daily pictures eased our concerns during our trip. After the first update, we weren’t nervous anymore knowing that our dog was in the best care. They followed our care instructions well and we were happy to see our shy rescue quickly adapt to his temporary environment. Thank you Nina and Leo!”

“Ji An is so sweet and welcoming. We booked her last minute after finding out our regular dog sitter moved to Seattle. We did a short meet and greet and she took care of Mojito so well. She had a welcome sign for him at drop off, gave him long walks and lots of love. She was understanding when we arrived a little late for pick up and also had a photo printed of Mojito with his new friend Bokey! We will definitely book with Ji An again.”

“This was our first time leaving our Maltipoo Whiskey with a dog boarding service and I must say we could not be more happy with the way Florence and her family took great care of him. We were welcomed by Florence’s husband when we arrived and was taken to the backyard and I was amazed at the space the had for our dog to play in. I would describe it as Dog Nirvana as the space was very welcoming to dogs to run and play in. There is a very nice ADU in the backyard where it is easy for them to keep our dog cool during the hot day. They kept us posted on how he was doing with lots of cute pictures of Whiskey spending time with Florence’s family. We are so glad we found Florence and Wen on Rover and we will not hesitate to use the Tang family to watch our dog whiskey in the future. We know he will be in good hands when he is there.
