She makes sure to take a water break and the dogs lap it up and are ready to continue on. When our American Staffordshire Terrier wants to lay down for a break, Ilana is so patient and lets him rest until he’s ready to walk back. We can’t recommend Ilana enough. I have been around many the personalities and worked as a dog groomer where I learned skills on proper dog-handling and de-escalation for stressed/anxious pups. About: I’ve taken care of several types of dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. I always know the owner knows best. I like to make sure to care for the pet the same way you guys would. I want them to feel safe and secure around someone new. I know how to read body language and observe any safety issues. I can come to a home every 4 to 8 hours. If that is too long for your pet, I can facilitate another rover at no additional charge. I always make sure I understand the food plan and the medication plan first. This is the most important part of any care. Once those two are handled, I like to discuss walk frequency and paths, play time preferences, and treat options.

I attend school from Tuesday to Friday until 4 pm, but afterward, I'm fully available to spend time with your furry family member. I'll have ample time to engage and play with your dogs! I particularly enjoy daily walks, and having a fluffy companion would make it even more enjoyable. I have a secured yard where the dog can unwind comfortably. On warmer days, I have a kids' pool available, perfect for giving your dog a bath or for some playful splashing. Inside the house, I've ensured a safe environment for dogs, having previously cared for one and prioritized their safety.
