“Emilie house/cat sit for us while we were on our honeymoon and did a fantastic job with both the cats and the house. We were able to fully relax on our trip knowing we were in good hands. She sent us plenty of photos of the cats and even let us know when we were out of litter so we could order more on Amazon. Best of all, we came home to a spotless house. Emilie is the best!”

About: I’ve lived with both dogs and cats my whole life! I grew up with labs and a rescue cat, and in college, my roommates had a beagle, chihuahua, and a yorkie. It was a full house but I miss that the most! I work full-time but completely remote so I’ll be home with your pets the whole time! For dogs, I aim to give them outside breaks whenever I take them myself (coffee break, between meetings, lunch, etc.) I live in an apartment complex that has 2 potty stations, and also next to a park with lots of room to play! Our walks would be through a quiet neighborhood next to the park so we can avoid loud noises or anything that might scare them. I have an elderly cat who’s shy at first but comes out eventually. She’s really started to slow down this last year and spends most of her time sleeping under our bed.

About: Experienced dog owner who works from home full time & lives in a secure apartment complex in the Marina. I grew up with various breeds - collies, labs, cattle dogs, Doberman. I will follow your guidance on meal times, walks etc to a tee and can help keep up consistency with any training you are already carrying out with your dog eg. Leash training, tricks, general obedience - just let me know! My dog Pepper is an Aussie shepherd mix. She loves other dogs. I use Rover myself to board her when we are away & I appreciate daily pupdates on my fur baby, so I do the same for any fur baby in my care. Pepper doesn’t mind spending time in her pen which can be used to keep her separate from your pet if he/she doesn’t enjoy puppy energy e.g. senior dogs, or otherwise. I usually walk your dog separate to my own so they have my full attention on walks & any playtime outside. I work from home full time & try to keep fit by walking and running. Dogs fit very well into my day to day lifestyle. I live in the Marina and am a short 10 minute walk from the beach. I can crate your dog if needed and have a great set up already for dogs.

About: I have raised a Labrador/springer mix and English bulldog puppy. I have recent experience with trainers. I don’t mind long walks, baths or senior dogs. My job is super flexible so I can usually organize my days the way I see fit. I like to fill up my days with walks, and weekends with walks and adventures. Prefer dogs that are potty-trained. I have a nice apartment with an elevated patio. The neighborhood is safe and great for walking. Pets are allowed on the furniture and in my bed.
