“Chanel was excellent. From professional and prompt communications when we first began communicating about caring for my house/cats/gecko to the in-home stay, she provided the best service. I loved that she wrote the day day before the service to re-confirm and ensure all the instructions I had given initially were the same. Throughout the service she provided updates and pictures. Also, she was very patient waiting for a confirmation from me during the period between our first communication and when we were able to find a mutual time to meet. Finally, she was professional as I mentioned, but what I found even more valuable was that she was herself. We joked a bit about the cats and gecko, etc. I think it is these genuine moments of interaction that make you feel particularly trustworthy of the person that is caring for your loved ones. “My husband and I left town for about 8 days and left our independent little cat in Daniela’s hands for an everyday drop in- best money we ever spent. Daniela came by a couple days prior to get the lay of the land and meet our cat, Dexter, and to our surprise he actually paid her attention. He’s a very independent cat but also very anxious when we leave town, but she came on time every day and tried playing and hanging out with him. I think he actually enjoyed their time together! Her updates were amazing and we loved seeing the pictures of Dex every morning. Next time we leave town, we’re definitely booking again ❤️”

“This is our second time having Amy as our cat sitter. We were away for 2 nights and had Amy visit our cat, Noodle, twice. Just like the first when we had Amy as our cat sitter, she was amazing and took great care of Noodle this time. Our cat Noodle is good with having people around when we are in the room with him, but can be wary of human beings if we are not home. Amy went above and beyond to give Noodle space and time for him to warm up and get to know her. Amy is very sweet, loving, responsible, and familiar with cats’ temperament. During each visit, Amy not only provided Noodle with his life essentials (fresh wet food, clean litter boxes, some treats, etc), but also offered him much-needed human companionship, social interactions, playtime, and plenty of love! We also want to express our appreciation for how respectful and accommodating Amy has always been to our (two humans’) routine. She even washed the wet food cans and food dishes from the previous day. It was so heartwarming and her help means so much to us. Amy also sent us many, many cute pictures of Noodle. As velcro humans (aka being so memorized by cats’ cuteness that we want to be around Noodle all the time), we were delighted to see new pictures and detailed updates/visit notes sent by Amy during our trip. We are very grateful to have worked with Amy twice and will always look forward to having her as our cat sitter again. We are a couple whose entire families are living overseas so we can’t have family members help us. Noodle can be a handful so we also try not to subject our friends to his fuzziness. We are thrilled to work with Amy, a professional, responsible, loving, and just simply amazing cat sitter. We would highly recommend working with Amy to all kitties and their parents!”

About: Hi! My name is Deanna and I am 31 years old. I've been a digital nomad for a few years and recently decided to settle in Massachusetts. I have been caring for furry family members for friends and family since I was a teen. I also grew up with dogs and cats in my household.
