“Jack did a great job with my two dogs. He quickly scheduled a meet and greet to discuss our house and what our dogs would need. One of my dogs is old, a little anxious and does not allow many people to pet him. Jack was very patient with him and by the end of the weekend, Rudi felt comfortable enough to let Jack pet him. Jack was also very responsive and sent several pictures of the dogs over the weekend. Everything in the house was also in good order when we returned from our weekend. “Overall things went well. Dogs were not stressed when we arrived home after she dogsat our three dogs for two nights. She also swept the floors before leaving (which is something we said she didnt need to do as we know the Huskys cause explosions). My only thing would be communication, the inital communication was great, I wish she had communicated a bit more for our meet and greet as she was late, which is fine as she was at work but I had to be the one to reach out to find out what was going on. I also wish there was inital communication upon arrival and final communication when leaving. Even an overall on how the dogs were/how things went when she left for the final time. The dogs seemed happy though when we returned and that is my biggest concern, and im sure is the same for others.”
