When going to a client's home, I am very careful when entering and exiting the home when the door opens. I also do a head count of any cats including my own before leaving a house. I know from my own pet that they like to get curious and can suddenly go into a bathroom or closet and can get closed in. Just like my teaching days - taking head counts is important! I also watch the pets as they eat especially if there are multiple in a house so that they don't overeat by sneaking snacks from their pet buddies food.

About: Have administered specialized medicine to senior animals for ongoing diseases such as kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. Was very diligent nursing my senior kitty before he passed. I work and go to school so my schedule varies but I always have some nights and mornings free each week that I would love to use on animals. Constant Care policy: if you are needing constant care that would require me to not leave for more than 4 hours, please book atleast 2 weeks ahead of whatever dates you need so I can accommodate that. About: I have owned and cared for pets my entire life. Animals are my true passion. I am home full time and therefore your pup will receive constant supervision, companionship, and love throughout the day. This schedule is ideal for dogs who need frequent potty breaks or extra reassurance. I am highly experienced and comfortable managing specific behavioral and medical conditions, including: Separation Anxiety: I provide patience, soothing routines, and consistent companionship to ease anxious pups. Medical Needs: I am fully comfortable administering medications and maintaining strict health schedules. Your pet will receive attentive, expert care tailored to their exact comfort level. 🏡 Fully Equipped, Pet-Friendly Home Your dog will enjoy a secure, comfortable environment. My home features: Fenced Yard: A spacious, secure area for safe outdoor playtime and exercise. Safety Gates: Baby gates throughout the house to manage boundaries or separate dogs if necessary. Crate Availability: I have a crate on hand if your pup prefers a secure den for sleeping or downtime. I am the proud owner of two energetic Siberian Huskies, Skyler and Dexter. They love making new friends! I regularly host boarding and daycare guests for family and friends. Every visiting dog has gotten along wonderfully with my pack. Guest Dog Requirements: To ensure a safe, harmonious, and fun environment for everyone, I only accept guest dogs that meet the following criteria: Size: Medium, large, and giant breeds only (no small breeds, as my huskies are large and high-energy). Health: All dogs must be spayed or neutered. I am at home full time and available for consistent supervision. I can provide regular potty breaks as well as supervised playtime in our outdoor fenced yard, weather permitting. I have both a fenced in yard and several baby gates throughout the house. The gates are situated in a way that blocks immediate access to the garage and front door in the event of one of the dogs being an escape artist. I have a large crate for dogs who prefer more of a den space for breaks, however my dogs can and do sleep on various couches, chairs, and beds throughout the house. I also have dog beds and cooling mats available for rest time.
