About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages and temperaments. I’ve fostered dogs, which gave me experience helping animals adjust to new environments, build trust, and follow routines. I’ve also cared for other people’s dogs for extended periods, including feeding, walking, administering basic care, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I work from home full-time, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day—no long periods left alone. I provide a safe and attentive environment for dogs in my home. I own my home, which allows me to create a stable and comfortable space for pets. Dogs in my care are always taken out on leash for regular potty breaks and enjoyable walks. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention based on their individual needs and energy level. I also have a friendly, well-socialized dog who is used to being around other dogs thanks to our past fostering experience. Whether your dog loves relaxing indoors or staying active with walks, I do my best to match their routine so they feel happy and at home.

“April has been watching both my pups for quite some time now. They go to April multiple days a week for a full day. I receive photos, updates with concerns, etc. My pups are well cared for and are definitely wore out by the end of the day! I would definitely recommend her services. She even has meet and greets if other dogs will be present on days my pups are there and makes sure it is a good fit. It is very scary finding someone genuine to take care of your fur babies but April does wonderful and takes great care of them. Thanks!”
