“Roxy has been walking our dog for a while now. She’s 100% reliable and really pays attention to ensure not only our dog is ok and happy, but even checks in on our cats while there to give them a little love. She’s easy to communicate with and let’s us know if she notices anything we should be aware of.”

“Brandy is amazing! I didn’t update my address on Rover and it sent her to my old spot and she still drove to my current address and walked him for me. I would 10/10 recommend her and will continue to use her services when needed. Thank you, Brandy, for taking such good care of my baby. 🥰”

“Anastasia was absolutely amazing! This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly very skeptical about the service. But thanks to Anastasia, I’m now a believer! She went above and beyond to make sure Marvo was well cared for, and her regular updates and pictures gave me so much peace of mind while I was away at work. I truly felt that Marvo was in safe, loving hands. Thank you again, Anastasia, for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be using Rover again because of you!”

“I am so proud and amazed by how far our puppy Merle has come with Linda! For a not-so-trusting puppy, Linda has been making such a difference. From all the sweet pics and daily walk updates it sounds like he has opened his trust fully! And his walking at home has gotten SO MUCH BETTER! He really is getting the hang of things 🥰 Thank you so much Linda! 🫶🏻”

About: I’ve been taking care of my sister’s medium sized dog on and off for 4 years, since he was a puppy until now. I’ve also taken care of other pets for friends during college (cats, small dogs). I’m currently on a hybrid schedule meaning I go into the office Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-3:30pm. Apart from those hours, I am completely free to take care of whatever you need. I have a huge dog park 2 minutes walking away from my apartment, as well as a smaller fenced dog park with a nice yard just downstairs.

“Addie was the best! She was great with communications and I loved the updates & photos. She was always on time and so gentle & patient with our older dog. Ruby loved her morning visits & walk!”

About: I'm a lifelong dog lover — I've cared for dogs of all ages, from senior pups who need a little extra TLC to high-energy dogs who love to run and play. As a self-proclaimed dog person, I can't wait to shower your furry friend with love and attention until you're reunited. Because I work from home and have two dogs, I'm around most of the time. It's rare for me to be away from the house for more than a couple of hours, and if your pet needs full-time attention, I can make it work. I have a fenced yard that's been well battle-tested by my own dogs. I love staying active, so I'm happy to take your dog on a good morning walk or spend extra time stretching those legs in the backyard. As a very attached dog owner myself, I know how good it is to hear that things are going well, so I'm happy to send as many or as few photos as you'd like.

“Our little dog loves Kristen. Kristen is gentle, caring and responsible. My husband and I are getting on in age and hope to increase her hours as the need arises.. We are blessed to have found such dependable help. I highly recommend Kristen.”

“Hillary was very thoughtful and kind, providing care over and above. Everyday, she let us know how Pepper was doing by sending images and giving detailed comments. Pepper has a good friend in Hillary.”

About: I’m a veterinarian that just completed my residency at UPenn and moved to Austin for my new job! Hoping to help local pet owners meet their pet needs! I’m currently on a break before my new job starts in October so I am very flexible! Happy to assist with drop ins, boarding, or dog walks! I live in a 2-story house with a fenced yard. I don’t currently have any personal pets (hoping to adopt a dog soon!). Willing to drive for drops ins/dog walking!

About: Hi! My name is Kelsey and I recently moved to the Austin area. While I’m unable to have a pet of my own, I’d love to take care of yours! I’ve grown up with at least one dog in the house for over twenty years of my life, and I’m often the first person my friends call when they need someone to look after their dog. I even have experience looking after pit bulls and large breeds! I’d love to take your pet on long walks, coffee runs, or just chill around that house if that’s their need. I can’t wait to make some new furry friends! I’m waiting for my full time job to start, so my weekdays are usually always open. Weekends are my busier days, but I might be able to fit some things in my schedule. I am unable to take dogs in my own home, but I promise to be respectful of your space! I am more than happy to provide transportation in my own car (SUV) if needed.

“Wow - Joey was sincerely the greatest. His meet and greet was very comforting, and we face a lot of information. He made careful note of it all and then sent a summary message to me in river as we got closer to the trip if all the things I had discussed. We were then continuously at ease about pers as the days away went on. I love the rover app showing the walk distance and time spent. The videos he sent were really fun to watch, and he always gave a digestible but detailed report after each visit, again being careful to mention many of my notes throughout reassuring me that all was being handled. It was our first time to leave the dogs home alone and I am very happy with the exceptional care Joey took of my pets. We are new clients for sure.”

About: I'm Daniel, a lifelong dog enthusiast. As someone who works from home as a business strategy consultant, I bring the same dedication and reliability to caring for your beloved pets. I have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and needs. Since I’m home all week, I can step out for walks or drop-ins as needed. I’m punctual, organized, and keep pets on their usual schedule without fail. I keep things simple, calm, and consistent. I follow instructions exactly, keep pets on their routine, and make sure they’re comfortable. I’ve got a Frenchie myself, so I know how to manage schedules and personalities.

About: Hello, My name is Alex, and I would be honored to care for your home and beloved pets. I’m currently training to become a commercial pilot and am seeking opportunities to supplement my living expenses during this exciting journey. I’ve been providing pet and house sitting services since high school, and even during my professional career in the tech industry, I continued to support friends and family with their home and pet care needs. Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide variety of pets—including dogs, cats, birds, snakes, and more—and have experience working in various environments such as apartments, houses, and city condos. I’m particularly attentive to the unique needs of both senior pets and newborns, ensuring they receive the proper care and attention. I believe clear communication is key, so I always review a detailed checklist with clients before each assignment to ensure every scenario is accounted for and your home and pets are well looked after. My flight school schedule allows me to be at the airport only a few days a week, typically for half-day sessions, which leaves me plenty of time to provide consistent, attentive care for your pets. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and it brings me genuine joy to care for them. I look forward to the opportunity to bring that same care and joy to your family. Warm regards, Alex As stated above, my flight program is throughout the work week and only for half day periods. I don’t fly every day so the time I’m not at flight school, I would be with your pets! I would never be away at night and can always be available during the weekends. I am not able to care for pets in my home at this time. If that is something you really need and would like to use my service, we can potentially look at the possibility.

About: I’ve had years of experience with pet-sitting and love giving pets the love and care they deserve! I have experience with numerous dog breeds of all sizes and ages as well as kitties with various types of needs. I love to take pups on a long walk or just give them company throughout the day for you. Located in ATX. I’ve always had at least one dog at home, and currently have 2 rescue pups of my own! Both of my dogs have a history of heartworms, so I am familiar with giving pups medication and managing kennel rest if needed. I am a newly graduated doctoral student at UT Austin and am available to do drop-ins or walks for your pet throughout the week before starting fellowship in September. I'm willing to work with you to fit your pets' needs in my schedule. Caring for pets involves prioritizing their safety and ensuring a consistent routine. I understand that some pets might take some time to warm up to a new person. I make sure to respect owners' spaces and adhere to any specific instructions or routines the owner provides.
