About: I’ve been taking care of my sister’s medium sized dog on and off for 4 years, since he was a puppy until now. I’ve also taken care of other pets for friends during college (cats, small dogs). I’m currently on a hybrid schedule meaning I go into the office Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-3:30pm. Apart from those hours, I am completely free to take care of whatever you need. I have a huge dog park 2 minutes walking away from my apartment, as well as a smaller fenced dog park with a nice yard just downstairs.

As a self-proclaimed dog person, I can't wait to shower your furry friend with love and attention until you're reunited. Because I work from home and have two dogs, I'm around most of the time. It's rare for me to be away from the house for more than a couple of hours, and if your pet needs full-time attention, I can make it work. I have a fenced yard that's been well battle-tested by my own dogs. I love staying active, so I'm happy to take your dog on a good morning walk or spend extra time stretching those legs in the backyard. He made careful note of it all and then sent a summary message to me in river as we got closer to the trip if all the things I had discussed. We were then continuously at ease about pers as the days away went on. I love the rover app showing the walk distance and time spent. The videos he sent were really fun to watch, and he always gave a digestible but detailed report after each visit, again being careful to mention many of my notes throughout reassuring me that all was being handled. It was our first time to leave the dogs home alone and I am very happy with the exceptional care Joey took of my pets. We are new clients for sure.”
