“Samantha is so great to work with! She follows directions perfectly and takes excellent care of all the (3) dogs we’ve had her sit for (doggie day care). She communicates effectively and timely and we never have to worry.”

2. Manuel R.
“I have a dog and this is the first person I call to help when I need it. Great at keeping dogs entertained and active. Always taking dogs on walks to get their exercise and is overall great with them. Great fit for anyone looking for a pet caregiver!”

3. Hope H.
About: I have been a dog mom since I was 15. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, a shihtzu and a Labrador retriever. Dogs are members of our family and get treated as such! I am a stay at home mom. I have a lot of kids, but 3 of them currently stay home during the day. I have a lot of time to go to parks or a simple walk around the pond. It will be just me tending to your pets needs, other people in photos are just part of our dog loving family! I have 2 very friendly dogs in my home and very loving children. There's have a really nice pond to walk around and a lot of toys to play with.

4. Steve & Tilaine G.

“Thank you so much for watching Grover. Nothing is better than bringing home a tired and cuddly puppy. I enjoyed talking with you both and I have to admit I had a little bit of a teary moment on my way home. The environment of your backyard with friends and family as well as just your welcoming energy reminded me so much of what it was like when my Uncle Ryan was still around. He passed unexpectedly in 2016, leaving behind my Aunt Krista and their two young girls, Claire was 7 and Hannah was 5. My aunt and uncle loved each other so deeply and enjoyed hosting family and friends regularly. I am extremely grateful that you reminded me of those memories I had forgotten about. Please continue to have people over and share these moments with each other! So again, thank you for proving a loving home for my puppy to stay while also bringing back some wonderful memories for me, even though it was unknowingly. Grover and I will 100% be back to visit again!”

5. Jessica S.

“Jessica was great and Ginsburg had a lot of fun playing. Convenient location, great updates through the day from Jessica and easy to work out schedule options with my travel and variances. Jessica is a pleasure to work with”

6. Cynthia A.

“Cynthia took great care of our dog, Maizy! She went above and beyond to make sure was Maizy was comfortable and engaged. Maizy can be a picky eater and Cynthia even got her to eat a full meal. She was lovey to communicate with, was very responsive, and sent lots of pictures. We will definitely be dropping our pup off with her again!”

7. Mallory C.

“Mallory was wonderful! I'm ISU alum/season FB ticket holder (live in Indiana) and Mallory was great for doggy daycare while I was at FB game. She sent a pic, update within the first hour so that I knew my old pup was doing well at her home. I plan to use her in the future (daycare while at football games).”

8. Sherilynn G.

“We were so lucky to find Sherilynn to care for my Bailey! I am a nightshift nurse and she kept Bailey overnight 12-13 hours. Bailey looked forward to her stay and playing with Sherilynn’s dogs in the big fenced in yard:) Great communication and would send pictures that would help me get through being away from her. She treats your dog like her own!”

9. Jalyn C.

“I could not have been happier with how the day went for my 2 girls while staying w Jalyn. She communicated very well throughout from booking to, sending me some beautiful action pictures. I am looking forward to booking w Jalyn again in the future. Mija was actually worn out at the end of the day. Which is not easy to do, so that is greatly appreciated”

10. Jen C.

“Jen and her family are amazing and I think our pup Nila would go to their house to visit every day if she could. Nila initially had some anxiety from some bad past experiences when Jen first started watching her, and Jen was incredible at helping her feel safe and gain confidence back. And her own dog Mia does such a good job of respecting Nila’s boundaries but also encouraging her to play and get out of her comfort zone. Jen treats every dog with so much love and care as if it was her own, and goes above and beyond any expectations we had.”

11. Briana M.

“Briana was a life saver being able to take my pups last minute while we had some emergency pipework done on the house. They came home very happy and very tired from a full day. Will definitely use Briana in the future!”

12. Samantha W.

“Samantha was great! I’ll definitely be back. My pup was good and tired when he got home and I could tell he had a blast with the photo updates.”

13. Samantha S.

“Glad our pups got along! Very smooth and comfortable stay for Scobey even when he was alittle homesick Samantha took care, thank you!”

14. Meagan N.

“This was an amazing experience! I needed to make a trip to Ankeny and couldn’t leave my dog home for that long of a time so I hopped on this app and found her, so glad I did! He was a little scared at first but shortly made himself at home. Good communication and she sent photos! Made me feel good 💕I will be contacting Meagan again!”

15. Jhoceline M.

“Jhoceline was great with our puppy. We were nervous at first to do doggy day care because it would be his first time away from our home, but Jhoceline really put us at ease. She kept in contact with us by sending pictures and updates everyday he was with her. She took great care of our little boy! Would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

16. Beth S.

“Beth is AWESOME!!!!!!! Beth was so welcoming from the start! I had a very unusual need as I was traveling across the state and needing a dog sitter for just a few hours so I could take my wife on a side trip that didn't accommodate dogs and she not only graciously accommodated my plan but she was willing to switch gears at the drop of a hat to change things from one planned time to a different planned time! This is not to say that she should be able and or expected to do this all the time, just that she is awesome and helped make our perfectly special trip become an awesome trip!! And the dogs clearly loved her and felt VERY comfortable with her!!! Thank you Beth!”

17. Ben J.

“We needed someone on very short notice and these guys took Tucker in and immediately made him feel comfortable. They kept us updated and provided photos. He seemed to have had the best time!”

About: Seasoned dog owner and enthusiast seeking four-legged friends! I care for all pets like they are my own as they deserve nothing less. Instagram: @tellurdogihavetreats My passion for animals emerged even before my summers volunteering at the Ames Animal Shelter as a young girl. Any opportunity to pet sit for family or friends had me thrilled I was able to spend time with an animal. I now have three years of professional dog grooming experience, starting off working as a dog bather then eventually graduating grooming school. I left my job as a dog groomer last year and I currently work part time at a vet clinic. The services I currently offer include: » Dog Walking » In Home Care » Doggy Daycare » Boarding » House Sitting » Pet Transportation ✓ Extended stays and special requests are welcomed! LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈 I have 15+ years of caring for dogs and am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. I have four years of experience administering oral medication to dogs as well as history caring for diabetic pets. I am also comfortable caring for cats, reptiles, small animals, fish, and exotic animals as I worked at a pet store for about a year caring for all kinds of creatures from cats, ferrets, fish, hamsters, snakes, bearded dragons, and chinchillas. Reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you, and give your pets my best! 🫶 I currently live in Ames but commute to Urbandale where I work part time at a vet clinic. My shifts range from 4-8 hours depending on the day. I prefer to do a meet and greet before booking any services. The meet allows your pets to get acquainted with me, allows us to walk through a typical day in your home, and helps cover the bases of any potential obstacles we may face while in my care so I am well prepared for whatever situation that may arise.

19. Christina S.
“I have known Christina since high school we are both huge animal people. She has always cared for her fur babies better than most and she has always taken care of friends and families fur babies when they leave town or just need a sitter. I trust this lady with my fur babies and I have trust issues , trust had to be built and maintenaned . Christina is a honest trustworthy person she has always been a good person would good values . She is an active person with her pup so she will be a good fur baby sitter/walker because she loves to do that stuff anyway especially with fur babies ☺️”
